Just made this. You've done well with the Demon attire, I must say, although the morphing looks quite exaggerated to me. A bit more like a caricature than the actual guy, but you can still tell it's him. Pretty good, all things considered.

There are some conversions you need to do to get it to come out similar.  But the conversions don't always work perfectly and when they don't it's a bit of trial and error.
