Layers 21-24 are all Pattern Flag 11 [Rotate x1, 2nd Largest H, 2nd Largest V] Place one on the front and back of each leg to form the base of his tights design. The red is (100,100,40,100), and the white is (100,0,40,100) All four of these layers require Layer Movement Modifiers and Transparency Hacks.

Layers 25-32 are all Pattern Simple 150 [2nd Smallest V, 2nd Largest H] Rotate as necessary, and these create the SZ lettering out of the previous Flag layers. All are the colour (40,0,37,100). The uppermost four layers will require Layer Movement Modifiers, the lower four are placed on the Legs rather than the Torso, and as such do not require the Movement Modifiers.
