It won't hurt the story, and it can add to the title's prestige. There's more challenge there, and more wrestlers can compete to get the title. It'll cost headaches when one brand doesn't get enough attention. That's what you call competition.Not what I meant... People bitching is what I meant. Do a triple threat or fatal four way every once in a while, and have a number one contender's match on a PPV with two brands. Or, get rid of a division being limited to a brand only? Like, women's division can be on Raw and Smackdown, and maybe the general managers of a show could make life harder for the opposing show's champion. Not a fan of it, but they were gonna do it regardless. Let's just hope they try to at least make both champions look special and not the usual, "well this guy is a much bigger star and he's the champion on SmackDown and this guy's the champion on Raw. God of Lightning Posted August 6, 2016 Report Share Posted August 6, 2016 I'm fine with this. It worked before, so it can work now...well it worked for everything except the world titles. The Big Gold Belt was almost always second fiddle. It became even more pointless after the brand split ended. Then there was the ECW title...God they treated that thing like a mid card title, especially after bringing the new one in. Hopefully they learned from back then.
