Future™ Posted May 9, 2016 Report Share Posted May 9, 2016 first of all, welcome to the forum. second of all, this is not the place to ask this question but i'm going to answer it for you anyway. what do you mean by "legally reach keep your belt"? to my understanding you're asking if a championship belt can be owned by a certain individual who was booked to win a championship in a WWE match, which it can't. the belts are owned by the company, it's called "intelectual property" that was owned by the company. i completely don't understand what you meant by "fit in with the organization" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

maskedmaniac Posted May 10, 2016 Report Share Posted May 10, 2016 Well to answer the question literally as it is worded, I believe that a championship is awarded to a wrestler whom the company is either trying to elevate, like giving the Intercontinental or US championship to a mid-carder, or to who ever the fans want to see as champion. The belt is also given to the star the company believes will make them the most money. In WWE's case I believe it goes to whomever Vince feels has the best bod and silkiest hair on the entire roster.
