Oh I see, apparently I was looking at a fake account but it seemed somewhat legit to me since he was talking about having a bad night and feeling down because of "false friends", and I related that to him wanting to be released.

 

Well, this sucks..

Sources close to the situation report that Cody Rhodes asked for his WWE release due to himself and wife Eden Stiles wanting to start a family. Unsurprisingly, Eden Stiles has also quietly asked for her release and is expected to leave the company along with her husband. Officials within WWE have made it clear that there is no animosity towards Rhodes, and many expect him to be back with the company somewhere down the line.

 

Despite this, it is still expected we will see more WWE roster cuts late next week. There are many rumours going around as of right now, but it is believed that at least seven or eight talents will be joining the list of recently released Superstars by next weekend, including a number of female talent and at least one top star.

Another bullshit story spread onto the internet which people immediately took as the truth, just like the dirtsheets do on a daily basis. I have no idea if Cody and Eden are looking to start a family. I don't know if Eden is leaving WWE with Cody. I don't know if there'll be more releases next week. I don't know if those releases will be female talents, male talents, or a "top star". I literally just made it all up off the top of my head.
