Are these servers still up for cc on 2k14

I just dusted off my old ps3. I was wondering if the servers for 2k14 were still up. I was gona use my old wwe13 game because i liked the creation options. I just tried 13 which I have but the servers are down so I can't download anything from community creations. Was wondering if cc was still up for 2k14. If they are I might but it at my local game store. Any help would be apreciated. Thank you.
