The main plates have a unique shape and use a lot more color than the others. They look different from what I've come to expect out of championship belts. I also like the playing card motif with the flipped images. But, the other ones all look too plain and too similar. At the very least, the heavyweight title should have been set apart in a more deliberate fashion. Also, probably should have had gold on it somewhere. It was supposed to debut in 1987 for Andre the Giant, but it never got used. It was also supposed to have a black strap instead. It did make it into a WWE game or two though. They've switched to red since debuting on AXS TV. Red was always TNA's color so I'm glad with this change. They should've changed the silver to gold while they were at it though.
