How df do you unsaddle your horse. I'm following what it says, hold L2 while I'm near my horse and hold up on the d-pad, he just keeps doing that whistling, or "c'mon".

Funny ones, or just cheap ones for ammo and health?

Very standard. Infinite Ammo, Deadeye, spawn horses, wagons, etc. There is one that makes you instantly drunk which could be a laugh though.

Cheats disable saving though so just be aware of that.

Okay...big spoilers about the end of the game, but I have a serious question about 100% completion...

 

 

Once you start playing as John, you can go on to still get 100%, right? Like...I didn't need to complete certain things as Arthur? I would imagine that Rockstar would be kind enough to give a warning if such a thing was going to happen. So, I'm guessing the answer is yes...legendary fish and animals? Stranger missions? All that other jazz. I can still do it all?

yeah you got Arthur's satchel so you can basically do every side mission left as needed, I believe

I guess one of my main concerns is about a stranger mission...

 

 

The Marko Dragic part II mission would always disappear. I would ride all the way out there only for it to disappear for one reason or another. I literally tried to do it three times with Arthur. First time, I got attacked by a cougar and the marker went away. Second time, the marker just disappeared for no reason. Third time, I had bounty hunters track me there. So, yeah...I just gave up and continued with the main story. Now I really hope I can do that with John...since I don't currently see it on my map.

I saw on YouTube that John Marston can continue the Dragic mission, maybe try going back to that area again?

I've just turned my Xbox 360 on for the first time in maybe three years so I can replay RDR1. I just really want to continue/relive the story.

Red Dead is backward compatible. You don't need to play it on the 360...

I've only played about 40 minutes of this and haven't done much but already it's one of my favorite games ever lol. I don't think anyone does character development better than Rockstar.

Looking forward to downloading this at Christmas. Big question: How well does it run on the consoles? I mean I have both XB1 and PS4. Just want the best performance experience.

Runs fine on the PS4, I'd assume the same for XB1, its a game made for consoles.

ebay had a really good deal where you could get RDR2 and Black Ops 4 for $70.

Arthur taught Jack how to fish. And Agent Ross shows up for the first time while Jack is learning how to fish. When Arthur dies, John tries to be more like Arthur, by taking Jack fishing. And when Agent Ross kills John in the first RDR, Jack finds him fishing before he kills him. It's a two-game epic about fishing.
