Senex Beast Posted October 15, 2017 Report Share Posted October 15, 2017 Tyrese Gibson is pissed that Rock accepted a Hobbs spinoff film and that has delayed Fast 9 until 2020. I'm glad! I enjoyed Fast and Furious 8 but would have preferred the franchise ended with 7 after Paul Walker's death and 8 ending up being a Hobbs movie with Dom making a cameo in that. The franchise will probably reach Fast 10 but Tyrese is sour about attention going to Rock/Hobbs. I liked the first movie except for Emily Blunt's character and performance, which is why it's great that she's not in the sequel. Assassin's Creed wasn't as bad as I was lead to expect, I mean it's not "seared in your brain - I need this on DVD" good, but it was enjoyable enough, if a little confusing at times.
