Need help with CAW creation

While creating CAW, I tried to apply a newly downloaded Design from the Community, as a tattoo on my CAW's arm, when i tried to enlarge it, it stars to smear and disappear partly, Like how it used to in the old series around the Crotch area. Firstly, I thought maybe it was something with the Texture, so I upped the graphics to Maximum and still, same problem, Then I thought, perhaps its something with the Downloadable Design, so I tried one of the In Game Designs, and still, same problem. Yet, I still see CAW's on Youtube without this problem, and CAW's in the Community center without this problem.
Have anyone encountered this? is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there a solution? Please help... thank you.
