Thought it was me not paying attention or something, but I have barely seen the tits and the thirstyness here.

The thirst was more common in Anything Goes thread, where certain posters like Dope (I think) would post a girl's name like "Melanie Iglesias" or go "Melanie Iglesias ayy" or whatnot. It was annoying.

 

The interesting people all got banned and or outgrew the forum and left. Teryo was a good example.

Dumbass wanted to get banned so he posted porn, and then he regretted it and came back with another username. Got banned again because he started to go back to his old way of posting and was a bit creepy. Nothing to do with outgrowing, more to do with his action. Maybe he wouldn't have been banned again if he actually behaved well and contributed more.

 

Funnily, majority of members who whined about him when he was active did an 180 and said they missed him after he was banned.

 

 

Am I the only one who considers members from the Proboards era vets? I think I was here when CAWs was using Proboards, but I still don't feel like a vet. Though, there are and have been lots of new members who contributed more than the "vets" of the forum.

Personally think there just isn't enough activity on the site anymore. Like Mustacio said topics should be open longer. It's like there's a lot less going on here. I remember when all the sections were busy. Even that shitty fan club section use to have loads of activity ?.

 

Anyways, I just think a lot of members takes this site way too serious. Baring in mind now the only sites I really use are YouTube and Facebook. I probably just grew out of using Internet forums tbh because I had a lot less time and other responsibilities as I got older. I check this site every now and then to see if anything new is going on or what people think about a certain game or something, football thread is still worth checking up now and then to see Some funny chat but even that is no where near as active.

 

Basically if I was to use a forum, even if I was a wrestling fan, it wouldn't be this one simply because how inactive it is. Something needs to change to bring the interest back.

 

I agree about topics being open longer, and mods shouldn't just close a topic because a few ass holes take things way off topic. I've seen some threads that are getting dozens of posts a day that suddenly get closed because the mod had enough from two or three guys arguing about some other shit.

 

We seriously don't want to ban people, we'd warn them and go back to the topic and they never stopped. So we thought it was easier to close the topic to shut them up.

I think Ernez has done a fine job at cleaning up the forum. I don't really have time to stay active in every sub forum of this site, so the ones I use most only really matter to me much. It sucks that the ROH thread isn't active, but that can't be to blame on anyone. All in all, this site isn't perfect, but I'm not comparing it to the past and I like coming on it still.

Linking to what you perceive as a forum's downfall to what you perceive as society's downfall is funny imo.

 

Kind of agree with the smh bae lads being tiring, not because I get annoyed whenever people use slang, but because they talk like their twitter is lagging one or two years behind.

 

The 'this is aids/cancer/ebola' shit is really boring as well.

That's really angsty and dramatic.. But stil raised a few good points- a few years ago I also thought the whole mod and admin scene was a bunch of circle-jerkers. Especially Status, who will always be the king of "smh,bruh,rekt,bae,fam" to me - just with whatever catchphrase was du jour back then.

Hadn't heard much of it since, but yeah, a lot of people were thinking that.

 

It was 100% Dan. A mod linked a site to the truth of caws twitter in DM and when that person clicked the link, it would show the other person their IP.

 

We checked the IP with the IP on the forum and sure enough, it was Dan.

 

So there was no way possible it couldn't have been Dan.

 

For the record, I don't care about ANYTHING on that post but one. The shoe on the head kid. Dan is the one who done this, ThreeG and myself actually told him to NEVER do anything like that again. We even unbanned the guy just because it was humiliating to him, (From my understanding the guy was mentally ill)

So what actually keeps CAWs running? Sponsors or something? And is there like some money involvement in anything that goes on that's coming out of G's or Tom's pocket?

Too much work for me though.

 

Dan's explanation as to how he got trapped was weird, though. When I thought about it, it was harder to believe he was innocent. Plus, the things he's told me that happened behind the scenes now feels like he was trying to rile me/us up against the staff.

Doombunny might've been a girl, I'll never know cause she blocked me on messenger after she got naked on cam and showed me her ass(hole), and I saw what I thought was a ballsack - then asked D.A.N about it and she got really mad and deleted me - cause he couldn't keep his dumb mouth shut about me thinking she had balls.

 

I could've seen so much man-ass untill he ruined everything.

I think its safe the say the member I miss most and simply because of his edited pics are JohnStone. Christ, that dude got some laughs directed at him.
