This here is a pretty good 1st post I'd have to say...but I've got one suggestion for you regarding the back tattoo. Tattoo ink is transparent, which means that white ink never shows up on human skin. If this were just body pain (which I assume it's not meant to be) that's a different story, but if not there's a method you can use in Photoshop to get rid of the white in your design and maintain perfect transparency that I show how to do in this video here: Hope to see more.
