You should do something to hide the texture like on Necros forehead as though. Matt Cross looks good but I feel like his eye area is too big. Mondo looks good but his face needs to be thinner. He's always had a really thin, almost sick-looking face. Here are a few refs I have. Using the hair dye feature to add some grey to his hair may be a nice touch as well, though I'm not sure if you'd be able to do it accurately with the current tool. I'd be interested to see what you could do for a Son Of Havoc attire. From playing around in CAW mode it seems that the beards and big 3D masks don't go well together. I forgot those were in there (Kind of dumb on 2K's part, considering they're gonna be DLC characters). Never seen that particular attire though. The one I've seen generally has a similar logo on the back, but it just says "CROSS" with a yellow outline, but I assume that this is just a variant that he's worn somewhere I never watched. I don't have any refs of it, but honestly I feel like he might hook you up with the designs if you told him you were making him and wanted to make that particular attire. (In this aspect he's probably lucky that he's a smaller name guy because I feel like Glenn Danzig would take issue with him using the Misfits font, heh.) Interested in seeing that blue attire. Haven't seen any Cross stuff recently but it looks like a hard attire to capture unless you have the designs themselves or a lot of HQ refs.
