Here's a question for everyone. How do you guys actually use this mode personally? I mean do you just watch all the matches or do you play them? Do you play some and watch others. Do you simulate half and watch the other. I'm trying to figure out how I should go about this.

Currently just finished the Extreme Rules PPV and I must say just like in real life, NXT is a lot much better than the main brands. Raw and SD is a chore to play. The universe doesn't start any good feuds for the main roster minus the Dean/Seth storyline where a lot of cut scenes occurred. For some weird reason Raw and SD only had one feud and for Raw was obviously Seth/Dean and for SD was Sheamus/Rusev. If I were to make feuds they would work for one show and than get randomly deleted.

However for NXT my feuds are Kevin Owens/Finn Balor which is really interesting and is producing a lot of cut scenes which actually add to the storyline, Fox/Bayley feuding over the NXT Women's Championship which again is producing a lot of cut scenes that make sense, and the AI (Fox in a match against Bayley who I was controlling) did something I've never seen before and that was getting itself DQ'd on purpose. The other feud for NXT is Alexa Bliss/Asuka which really has so far just been two matches and a cut scene where Alexa is frustrated after losing twice, somewhat shakes hands with Asuka.

I did something to mess around that I didn't plan on keeping, but I like how it looks to start with so I think I might stick with it for a little while. First, I randomly divided the roster + 7 CAWs into 4 shows of 32. Each show is only allowed 1 Undertaker, 1 Mick Foley, etc., which resulted in one of the 5 Steve Austins to be left out.

Starting a really cool rivalry on GFW by accident. Had Rey Mysterio vs Sandman in an okay match. In the end however Rey got pinned and grabbed the ropes but the ref ignored it and counted 3. Then in replay it cut the camera to not even show Rey grabbing the ropes, so gonna have it where Jarrett hates having Rey there and is trying to screw him over. Setting up a fued between the 2.

Itami/Breeze was a great match that i just barely won with a GTS. Neville vs Jericho was amazing. Best match ive had on 2K16 so far with alot of crazy shit. Owens vs Zayn was a close runner up. Crazy hardcore match had to hit Zayn with 3 powerbombs and beat him to death with chsir to win. It was damn fun lol

Match thoughts: A decent match. The finish was as Barrett hit the bullhammer Kane came in and clotheslined Barrett out of the ring and got the pin.

 

Match 2:

Nikki Bella def. Naomi

Match thoughts: This was really nothing more than a squash match.

 

Match 3:

Bray Wyatt def. Randy Orton

Match Thoughts: This was a great match! Orton was ahead after getting the best of a series of chain movements and even hit the RKO. Wyatt kicked out and then took the fight outside and continually broke the count. Finally putting Orton through the announce table. Wyatt gets the count out victory. I'm sure this isn't the end of this feud.

 

Match 4:

Big Show def. Chris Jericho

Match Thoughts: Another squash match which I found surprising but Show beat Jericho in less than 2 minutes.

 

Match 5:

The Rock def. Dean Ambrose

Match Thoughts: While Rock is filming his brand new blockbuster in Cali, he thought he may aswell have a match on RAW. Dean Ambrose stepped up to the challenge. The Rock got the win but it took two Rock Bottoms to take out Ambrose.

 

Match 6:

Stardust def. John Cena

Match Thoughts: What a match! John Cena was in control for most of the match and hit the FU but Stardust kicked out. Not only that but he fought out of two STFU's! There was finisher reversal everywhere until Stardust hit the Crossrhodes and picked up the win. Great Match

 

Match 7: (FCA)

Roman Reigns def. Seth Rollins

Match Thoughts: This was a good but quick match. Seth started smacking Roman with a chair but Reigns over powered this and hit Seth with a Superman Punch and Spear to win.

Can anyone explain why I have a Pay-Per-View Event full of Cage/Cell matches? Cause it wasn't like that originally when I made note of the match card. The only matches that where a cage originally were the Divas match and Fandango Vs. AJ Styles. The NXT Title match was a normal one on one for the Championship. Same for NXT Tag Team Titles match that was a normal match.
