Really does not look like Bailey. Head shape and length is wrong (especially the chin and jaw.) Eyes and eyebrows are wrong and you have her eyes looking like a Japanimation character. Mouth needs to be a bit longer and lips a little thicker. Also the ears need to be pinned back a bit more. Moreover, the skin color is off. I will say that the hair kind of works and only lacks a bow. Here's a reference pic so you can see what I am talking about:
