Instead of getting guys that like wrestling games, know about wrestling, or just plain are the best possible candidates for the development of this game, they will probably end up hiring someone who is desperate for a job and willing to do whatever just to make some money. There's almost no chance that anybody on a forum will end up with the job. Read the requirements and preferences. They're clearly looking for someone with experience in the industry. Just like a non wrestling fan having a go doesn't mean the game will be bad. The most important factor is it's designed to be a good game, wrestling isn't the most difficult subject to understand if you care enough to pay attention to it.
