questions, opinions on simming

I was wondering if anyone could help me, give me some pointers on how about setting up a roster. And matches. Do you use some random generator on the internet to set up what matches/feuds you have. Or just purely choosing who you would like to see wrestle?

 

With 200 hundred, plus wrestlers, I find it to be a very taunting task indeed to cut a roster of reasonable size. Do you use rankings and if so, how to you determine the ranks of wrestlers?

 

I would really like it to play similar to how wrestling was in the 90's. But with a independent promotion.
