Usually these are more joking but this is the first time i watched one of these and it actually made my opinion of the movie worse which is pretty hard because it was already low.

Yeah I watched that and it solidified my opinion on the movie. I usually just watch CinemaSins for fun, but they're never usually wrong. Most of the time it's just tongue in cheek.

I couldn't tolerate that video past the first 35 or 40 seconds. Dude's first or second complaint is about the movies being shown at the theater where his parents were killed; As if movie theaters don't play old and new movies ALL THE *censored*ING TIME. Not to mention it having absolutely nothing to do with the movie itself...just some nitpicking bullshit. And the dude talking all quick and jittery like a douche hat. It's easy to hate the film after watching that video...It's easy to hate everything after watching that video.

Hey, if watching an annoying dude bitch about things that don't even affect the film itself floats your boat, have fun. You can nitpick literally any film in existence like that. Movie posters at the theater? The use of slow motion? Complaining about the dream sequence in the beginning for being unrealistic (it's supposed to be, until it's revealed as a dream). Those are not actual complaints. That's just "let me see how high I can get this counter before the video is over"...

I don't doubt that there are actual reasons why people dislike the film...but if you're going to use that video as a legitimate show of what those reasons are, you should reconsider. Because most of those reasons are dumb as *Censored*.

Congratulations Gen, you managed to take a video completely done in fun and in jest incredibly serious. Nobody is using this video to seriously say why the movie is bad, it's done for entertainment purposes and to entertain millions of people on YouTube. These videos don't necessarily even reflect the views of Jeremy the narrator, it's just a script he's reading from. CinemaSins do these videos for every kind of movie, both bad and good. Of course none of those are actual complaints, of course he's just trying to get the sin counter as high as possible before the video runs out because that's the GIMMICK. Keyword: gimmick. It's just a bit of fun and I'm sorry you're too cynical to realise that.

Good *censored*ing Lord why did you even come back.

Oh...another shot from an alleged moderator. Good stuff around here as usual.

Yeah take the hint. Also he actually is a moderator there is nothing alleged about it lmao

There was a serious discussion happening about the flaws of the movie...someone then posts a "everything that is wrong with BvsS in 20 minutes" video...which prompts people to say things like "actually made my opinion of the movie worse which is pretty hard because it was already low"...and "solidified my opinion on the movie"...and now you want to say that "Nobody is using this video to seriously say why the movie is bad"? Mmmkay then...

Yeah, because maybe some of us agreed with some or most of the things said. Doesn't mean we are seriously using it to reinforce or opinions or even change them.

You are the most dour person I've ever come across. Go away.

Okay sorry

According to Harley Quinn's wiki page Warner Bros are working on a female fronted DC movie that includes her. Sounds cool to me as long it isn't called Femme Fatales or some shit. Would love for Wonder Woman to be the lead hero with Quinn being the lead villain.

I also predict that Wonder Woman will be the first truly good DCCU movie.

Personally I think cinemasins, much like botchamania, etc is really dated and old by now. Was funny a few years back but its so tiresome now. And I do think some people are swayed easy by his "opinions" even though they're meant to be tongue in cheek.

*not saying anyone here was swayed, I just mean in general*

Anyway, I'm going in to see Suicide Squad at the start of next week. Didn't want to go on release night cus to me, the weekend is when ya go to the cinema with a chick. And this loser ain't got one right now ? so i'll likely jump in Mon or Tues. Still quite excited regardless, mainly for Boomerang.

I'm with you ThreeG.

I waited two weeks to see Lights Out (which I am dying to see) to find a date brave enough to see it. I refused to go with my buds. Seeing it and Suicide Squad tonight at a Drive-In!

If it's a weeknight or Sunday afternoon, I don't care if it's just a dude and I.

Kinda creepy on a Friday/Saturday evening imo. Sun-thurs is fine for that. Maybe its just me that thinks that way?? Don't wanna be a sausage fest on days people go on dates.

How is going out and having fun with your friends creepy? That's what Friday's and Saturday's are for because that's when most people are off work.

Idk, that's weird as hell. Also do you just hang out with dudes? Why does it have to be a sausage fest aha.

Yeah idk I've never thought it was weird to go to the movies on the weekend no matter who you're with. Granted if I planned on seeing a movie alone I wouldn't go on the weekend but I have never wanted to see a movie enough to go on my own so.

Yeah I've never been to the movies on my own. If you don't go to the cinema on Friday's & Saturday's because you consider it date night then where can you go on those nights? Most places you go to socialise can be considered places to go on dates.

I went once cause my girlfriend was at work and I left my apartment key at her house that was a half hour drive away. I just saw a couple movies at the theater next door to where she worked. I don't know why more people don't do it. At least in bigger cities where you don't know anybody in the theater. I also went at like 3:00 on a Wednesday so there was barely anybody there anyway. It's really nice I might do it more often.

I agree that it's nice. My ex was very picky with what she would watch and worked PR for Sony Pictures so saw a lot of shit at work. So the movies I watched on my breaks were the ones I'd either have to drag buds too or wait until it comes out elsewhere.

It was sick though because I had the entire theater to myself at times.

Yeah, that's always been a thing over here. Weekdays with buds, weekends with chicks. I guess it isn't what everyone does around here but a bunch of dudes sitting together on a Saturday while everyone around you is with their girl is lame as **** ? no offence guys.

And damn a drive in? Scotland doesn't have such a thing. How vintage!
