Oresama
TNA has officially moved The Great Sanada to the alumni section of ImpactWrestling.com, indicating the release of the former X-Division Champion. The 27-year-old talent was on-loan from Wrestle-1 and made his debut with the promotion at the 2014 Lockdown pay-per-view, teaming with the Great Muta. He competed in both the tag team division and the X-Division before turning heel and joining the heel faction The Revolution along with James Storm, Manik and Abyss. Sanada was dismissed from the group by Storm on last weeks Impact Wrestling. We reported in 2014 that he had signed a one-year contract extension on July 23rd. Why he was released three months early is unknown at this point, but the shows are taped well in advance so writing him off television was clearly done with some forethought.
