Shelly Martinez isn't signed, that was from their Knockouts PPV where they have a bunch of women's wrestlers from across the world. Its also side money for them because they are allowed to work other companies still, like ROH has with its talents. Only some people are on contracts and others are PPA. No word yet on when the injury took place but it could have been at last week's Impact Wrestling tapings.
