Guest Fight Me.

RIP 6 sided ring...again.

So someone sum up whats happened the last few months for me? Ive kept up a little with the KOs but hardly kept up.

- Eli Drake is GOAT. He won the Global/World title a few months back in a battle royal following Alberto El Patron's suspension. He has since been fueding with Johnny Impact (John Morrison/Johnny Mundo) for the most part. Alberto has since returned following Bound for Glory, trying to reclaim the title he never lost as he sees Eli as a paper champion.

- LAX is back and has gone to war with the likes of Decay and now oVe (Jake & Dave Crist and Sami Callihan) over the tag team titles.

- Trevor Lee has been X-Division Champion for the past couple months now and has formed the Cult of Lee with fellow North Carolinians, Caleb Konley and briefly Andrew Everett (completely ignoring Lee and Everett's falling out in the Helms Dynasty last year lol). Just last week though, Lee dropped the belt to Pro Wrestling NOAH's Ishimori in an upset victory. The Cult of Lee had been messing with him and Super X Cup winner Dezmond Xavier for a while now. Although they seemed to have formed an alliance, Xavier also has his eyes on the X-Division title and looks like Ishimori has agreed to give him a title shot in the future.

- EC3 has been Grand champion for a while now too. Seems to just be put in random situations following a decent feud with James Storm. Like briefly turning face again to team with Storm and Eddie Edwards to fight off Team AAA. But now he's heel again and has been feuding with Matt Sydal and Fallah Bahh.

- Sienna had been dominating the Knockouts division for the most part of 2017 until Gail Kim won it one final time at BFG before retiring. There has since been a tournament to crown a new champion, which was won by Laurel Van Ness. Which is an awkward situation, cause she's apparently asked for her release since then. So I'd imagine she's going to drop the title fairly soon. Well hopefully, we heard about last year how the Hardys wanted to come in one final time to drop the belts before leaving, but Anthem at the time did not want them on TV without a contract so they instead just vacated the title. I hope they don't just do the same thing here.

Big Debut Almost Happened At Impact Last Night, Impact Star Injured, Former WWE Referee Debuts

- We reported recently that talks between Rey Mysterio and Impact Wrestling had resumed and there was a possibility that Mysterio would debut at this week's Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando. PWInsider reports that a deal was so close to being reached that Impact officials actually made all the necessary travel arrangements but the deal through fell at the last minute. Mysterio is now heading to Mexico and will not debut during Impact tapings this week.

- Moose may have suffered an injury during last nights set of TV tapings in Orlando. Mooses injury took place during a match between EC3, Alberto El Patron and Johnny Impact. Moose reportedly suffered a knee injury and was helped backstage by several people. PWInsider are reporting that he didn't tear anything.

- Former WWE referee Marc Harris joined Impact at last night's tapings in Orlando. Harris was released by WWE back in 2014 due to his perceived lack of ability as a referee.

Impact Wrestling Announces Signing Of Former Lucha Underground Title Holder

Former Lucha Underground "Gift of the Gods Champion" Brian Cage made his Impact Wrestling debut at tonight's television tapings in Orlando. He worked two matches, defeating an enhancement talent in each.

Cage had worked a couple of tryout matches for TNA in 2012 and 2013, but wasn't signed. He also worked one Destination X One Night Only special in 2014. He then signed with Lucha Underground, where he won the Lucha Underground Gift of the Gods Championship in 2016.

Impact welcomed Cage to the company on Twitter, as seen below:

Following tonight’s final night of Impact Wrestling tapings, Impact Wrestling Knockout Laurel Van Ness announced on social media that she has been granted her release from the company writing the following:

THANK YOU Impact Wrestling. I will always be grateful for the opportunities I received, and the people who had faith in me. Thanks to everyone both in front of, and behind the camera, the production team, and most importantly my fellow Knockouts. I have grown as a wrestler, and a performer because of the amazing locker room at Impact. I have been granted my release, am excited for the future, and I can’t wait to see what 2018 holds. ??

It was previously reported that Van Ness, who competes as Chelsea Green on the independent circuit, asked for her release at the end of November 2017.

Green signed with Impact back in June of 2016 after first making an appearance on Xplosion where she squared off against Jade. Throughout her time with Impact, she aligned herself with Maria Kanellis as part of The Lady Squad and orchestrated a plot to marry fellow Impact Wrestling star Braxton Sutter. Sutter rejected Van Ness during a in-ring wedding which sparked the start of Van Ness’ broken heart bride gimmick.

She would go to win the vacated Knockouts Title after defeating Rosemary in finals of the Knockouts Championship tournament.

Impact wrestling Sienna revealed during the recent TV tapings in Orlando she was hospitalized due to a suspected displaced rib or collapsed lung but it turned out to be a blood clot in both lungs.

She tweeted, "I went to the hospital during tapings suspecting a displaced rib or collapsed lung. Turns out I have a blood clot in each lung."

She added, "I wont be wrestling right now, but Im still making appearances, raising money for the Undie Run & judging everyone in this hospital. #PinkiesUp"

She will likely miss ring time to recover.

One of the newest IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts has reportedly been fired from the company according to the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Hania The Huntress who made her IMPACT debut at the last set of tapings in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada is the Knockout who was fired,

The observer mentions that she refused to put over another newly signed talent in a match at the last set of tapings while IMPACT returned to Florida.

Hanias debut for IMPACT will air tonight on POP TV.

That is pretty bad when she is already gone before she even debuted.

Guest Fight Me.

I wonder if they decided to just cut out her debut entirely cause it's pretty video package heavy tonight and this Aron Rex/Eddie Edwards flashback is random af lol.

Saw this match on Botchamania weeks ago cause of those ropes lol.

Guest Fight Me.

So it aired after all. Shame, cause it was a pretty good debut tbh. Gonna be weird to never mention this again lmao.

Abyss/Sabu just aired as a preview, *censored*ing nuts.

Now Abyss vs. Judas Mesias. Shame he wasn't the beast that he is now as Mil Muertes.
