To be fair calling somebody Taco Bell is pretty much calling them a fake Mexican.

I bet James Storm regrets every day that he didn't sign with NXT/WWE...

Probably he could even be a team with Bray Wyatt. They both have so much in common. They both lead a cult, both talk a good game, and usually fails to back it up.

Its been a calm couple weeks on the TNA GFW Impact Wrestling front, but theres a bunch of talk about the Anthem Entertainment-owned company today (Sept. 29).

Among the items is the departure of former X-Division and Tag champion Robbie E. In addition to being a steady presence on the show with his Jersey Shore-inspired character, Robbie also provided Impact with a little crossover buzz when he and then-girlfriend Brooke Adams made a run on CBS reality competition show The Amazing Race back in 2014.

His exit seems amicable:

No specifics on why hes leaving, but it could just be that his contract was up and not renewed. PWInsider says thats also the case of Eddie Kingston and Low Ki, although Ki was also rumored to have left the last taping over various disagreements with management.

The Insider report also mentions changes in the power structure, with John Gaburick taking the lead along with an unnamed Anthem executive, as Ed Nordholm has had a much less reduced role in the day to day running of the company. The controversial President of Impact is said to still be involved in the promotions legal affairs and setting up the Global Wrestling Network which was supposed to launch in September.

Which may have something to do with why Insider also says talent are grumbling because they aren't getting calls back from management when they have a question lately.

With dropping Jeff Jarrett and the Global Force Wrestling name, their Bound for Glory pay-per-view (PPV) being moved to Canada at the eleventh hour and more changes reportedly afoot with Anthem moving the brand away from using Orlando as home base, and maybe even Nashville as its headquarters, theres obviously a lot going on right now with Impact.

But then again, when isnt there?

Taya Valkyrie recently spoke with Interactive Wrestling Radio; you can read a few transcribed highlights, as well as listen to the interview below:

Taya Valkyrie comments on her debut with Impact Wrestling:

This is only the beginning! Its been amazing! It is so different from what Im used to like being in AAA and Lucha Underground. But, thats what is exciting! I try to always evolve as a wrestler and a performer and as a character. I just think this was a natural progression and next natural step in my career.

On if she knew she was headed there when GFW did the ballpark shows in the Northeast:

For me, Ive worked in AAA with Jeff and Karen (Jarrett) for many many years. We would always discuss me coming up and working with them and doing different projects with them. There was never ever an opportunity to do so. Things change! You know what I mean? I now live in the States. It is just the perfect timing. So, when they invited us to do the live events, that was just step 1 and it just evolved from there. I hope to evolve with Impact for a long time. The women there are just so talented. Everyone wants to have really good matches. It shows their heart for this business. I want to work with girls like that and Im just really happy that Im part of that locker room now.

Taya comments on Lucha Undergrounds future, if well see a fourth season:

Ugh! Honestly, we are in the same position as all of you. We dont know whats going on. Its been a frustrating situation for all of us. Its been 15 months since we filmed Ultima Lucha Tres! We love making that product. It is a totally different product than anything else in the wrestling world. Were like sitting ducks waiting. But, thats why it is cool that we all have these different opportunities like I went to Japan twice last year, Im now doing stuff with Impact. I got to travel across the States and wrestle anyone that I want. Take it for what it is. Im just really excited and hoping we get some news really soon about it.

On what really happened leading to her leaving AAA:

Well, of course theyre going to say different! (laughs) I know the truth because I lived the truth. Thats fine. Let them say what theyre going to say to make some people with the name called Vampiro look bad. (laughs) It is what it is. I couldnt go down to TV because I got into a car accident. They then stripped me of the title without telling me. Got back the title by lying to Johnny about it. It was a big old mess. But, I am not a grudge holder. I dont believe in closing doors. Im continuing to live my life. With that said, what happened sucked. I really felt taken advantage of by a company I had so much loyalty towards. I felt really betrayed. The family down in AAA, they are my family! They protected me and took care of me and had me become who I am today within the Lucha Libre community And then then went and did this. It really pissed me off. It didnt have anything to do with the belt itself. It had to do with a respect and a loyalty. A lot of people left the company. I decided to stay and be loyal to the company and got kicked in the butt. It was hard for me on a personal level because it felt like a betrayal. It is what it is. I would never wish bad on anybody or a company. But, i want them to recognize what they did Yeah, Ive heard these weird apologies from Vamp. it just doesnt make any sense. Everybody should just be honest with what happened and well move on. Im an adult. I dont have time for childish games.

Taya comments on Sexy Star shooting on Rosemary:

I was just so disappointed. I was in LA watching, I was not in Mexico even though some people try to say that I was. I was just so disappointed in the whole situation because I consider myself to be the face Heavily involved within the Lucha Libre world. It was really sad for me to watch. I dont think I really want to say too much about it because I think it has been talked about enough. Some people just dont deserve that attention. But, I just think that everyones true colors show in the end.

Taya Valkyrie On Signing w/ Global Force Wrestling, Goals For Knockouts Division, Rosemary, Lucha Undergrounds Future

On working with Rosemary in Impact:

Im really glad Rosemary is doing better now. I cant wait to get in there and have a big old Canadian brawl with her. (laughs) I have a feud with Sexy Starr on Wednesdays and with Rosemary on Thursdays. Its a little crazy! I cant wait to work with her (Rosemary) and see where this goes. Im excited for you guys to see how this all evolves. Lets see if the Demon Assassin really is the Demon Assassin! (laughs)

Taya comments on Impact Wrestling going to her birth country of Canada for Bound for Glory:

Its been years since Ive wrestled in Canada! (laughs) Im excited to come home! I am from the West Coast. Hopefully someday, Impact will make its way west. It is going to be interesting. We havent been in front of that crowd Impact hasnt been in front of a Canadian crowd, I dont know if it has ever happened? Im not sure. Everytime you go to a different city, it is a challenge. Orlando has been so good for Impact. So, Ottawa, come on! Come through! Be there for us and just know were going to put it all out there!

Guest Fight Me.

Damn, win or lose, this is huge for Garza Jr.

They really need to work on the tag division if the champs are still working squash matches against unknowns lol.
