Random Question of The Day: Was This Real?

Since people have been talking about JBL's reign in the greatest WWE champion thread, I started reflecting on that time especially his feud with Eddie which was all I really remembered beyond some spats with 'Taker.

Got me thinking about this, which terrified me as a kid. Now I gotta know, was this real or not? I can't recall if they were working off of some bizarre worked shoot angle but it definitely seems really off to me.

Oh Jesus...the guy claiming that Sin Cara has been portrayed by Guerrero on occasion...

Guerrero's physique never looked anything like Sin Cara. Not only that, but Guerrero had a bit of peculiar physique and mannerisms. I could spot Guerrero in a mask from a mile away.

This. The hunched shoulders, the chest, even the way he moves.

Was Guererro's mother's heart attack real?

I doubt it was real since Smackdown isn't live and they probably would have changed the show up before airing it.

On a side note though: GOD DAMMIT I MISS EDDIE :'(

Was about to say this. SmackDown is taped, no way they would have let that air on TV if it was real.

It's common knowledge that JBL is close friends with the Guerrero family which is why he and Eddie had such an intense rivalry that used his mother having a heart attack. Both heart attacks were kayfabe, and had they been real, the fact they were both on Smackdown means we wouldn't have seen them in the final airing.

Eddie's mom's was during a live event, that's what made me wonder.
