Those internet fans and their parody accounts, so immature...anyway! The sun was up, and the crew consisted of Glen Matthews, Roxy and Mike Stokes we're on their way to Chicago. They had their sights set, their hearing tuned, and the determination of a lion trying to catch it's dinner. They had one goal and one goal alone...huh, wrestling? What are you talking about? SCW? What the hells that? No, Mike, Roxy & Glen we're Chicago bound in order to find CM Punk. The self proclaimed Best in the World had evaded the all seeing eye for too long, and the crew had been hired to search and destroy search and rescue! I meant search and rescue...

But SCW, sounded interesting...and 'The Jewish Jew' Avram Shalom seemed to be at the helm of things once more, those gambling debts must be racking up again for Avram, and in a desperate attempt to make some dough, SCW is born. Maybe they should stop there first, then find CM Punk. That little weasel has gotta be somewhere in that godforsaken city. He can run, but he can't hide. But first they had to get to Chicago, which a long way off from where they were at this point. But hey, it's a road trip, which gives me the excuse to link Road Trip Music!

Ion Vasile | Romanian Ravager

Eh. I can factually say that Vasile was made way before Rusev became popular (if you can call it that). The only thing that was missing is Lana and Vasile was a tag team person. So anywho... Ion Vasile was being held up by airport security for a quite awhile after getting off the long flight from Bucharest, because TSA are a bunch of jerks. But right now he is on his way to the SCW arena not long after getting a rental car, because ain't got no time for taxis, they suck anyway. Now that Vasile is here in America, Ion Vasile is ready to be wrestling once more. Also, isn't using internet service on your mobile device on an airplane a federal crime? #Lawbreaker

JAYSON ADDAIR // THE CLOWN PRINCE

A decent chunk of the day had already passed by, but it was only now that the Misfit from the Motor City could be seen stepping through the doors of the Second City Wrestling Arena. So far, Chicago had been good. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, and even the people held no grudge thus far against whom could be seen as a Villain after having beaten Chicago's Hero; CM Punk in recent memory. Having just arrived Jayson's first point of call was to head towards the cafeteria - pick up a beverage of some description, perhaps a Mountain Dew; need those dew codes for Halo, right?

SORA // WONDER WOMAN OF WRESTLING

As for Jayson's significant other; Sora, today had been her first official day of work - only having arrived on the premises earlier in the day. From time to time throughout her plane journey yesterday, and some of today she had checked the website of Second City Wrestling, seeing who was and wasn't there. There seemed to be a decent number of girls thus far, all of whom Sora had already judged to fall into the category of 'enemies'. Still, no Lise Starr, for now at least. Perhaps Sor' is done with that troll doll for good.

Calvin can't help but think that; if Vasile was missing a Lana type character, then surely a Lana type character could have been made before she showed up in WWE? Why isn't Mike Stokes spouting conspiracy theories about this kind of stuff? He needs to utilise his time better. And also Chadder Cheese, Lara isn't in this company you dick. You're living in the past. Calvin decided to check out the SCWrestling Arena which must have just been built overnight. You may criticise the Poles, but they sure as hell work fast! Calvin rather fancied going for a tour of his new headquarters, and see who is about. After all, why wouldnt he want to talk to Glen Cody, owner of the world's worst name.

If he was just a tag-team CAW before the whole Rusev thing, then fine, but he's certainly Rusev 2.0 right now. Carbon-copy. Jimmy was probably a carbon-copy too, a carbon-copy of Fandango. Does that mean Rima was just a carbon-copy of Layla now?... Well, she's English. Maybe. Maybe we're all not real. Jimmy was down in Illinois, not really interested in leaving the airport yet however. He had a laptop on his lap, and he was just Redditing as he waited for a taxi that he pre-booked for an hour later.

Welcome back to DLP. Holla holla! She, previously known as Coral, was still in England and packing for her big return. They had all been dying for the next look at Coral, tweeting and near-enough threatening for it ever since her last appearance... but they could rest now. She was on the big stage again and, with a smile on her face, would announce this with the tap of her phone screen, sending a tweet to her waves of adoring followers that would officially reveal a return to professional wrestling, also known as face-rearranging.

Today is shaping up to be a good day in Chicago. After his contract was received and approved, Martin Pearce is flying all the way from California to the Chicago international airport and then he'll go to venue designated to be the headquarters of SCW to take a good look at the new place. It has been a while since he visited a venue from the perspective of a competitor but Martin Pearce likes the idea of knowing in what he's getting into before taking care of business as a way to prepare himself for what the future might bring up. While he has been "out of the game" for a long time, it seems that things haven't changed as much as he thought they would if rumors of big names from around the world jumping on the opportunity to be a part of this new company. The same people showing up doing the same schtick they have done for years, the same glory hounds living from the past as a way to keep themselves relevant in the present and the same people who don't know when to quit for their own good are gathering in Chicago to go for one more day under the spotlight. Things haven't changed after all... except one thing. Back in the day, Martin Pearce was overlooked because people beneath his level were clogging the top tiers but now it's time for the Diamond of SCW to shine bright by his own merit and nobody to hold him back and eclipse him. Get ready, Chicago, because progress is coming your way.

Ion Vasile w/ Lana | Romanian Ravager

Now, today is Thursday and perhaps maybe there should be a match card for Saturday's show Adrenaline soon? The company has filled up pretty nicely and there should be enough people for a card for Second City Wrestling's maiden show to be done. But if there isn't going to be a show for Saturday, it's cool, Ion Vasile will simply dominate the competition on Wednesday instead, assuming he is booked, it doesn't matter. But for right now, Lana and Ion Vasile are at the SCWrestling arena backstage. Vasile arrived not too long ago. Lana and Ion Vasile are going over some business stuff and planning on ideas for what to do for SCW's first show. They need to know their first move.

JAYSON ADDAIR // THE CLOWN PRINCE

I wouldn't have high hopes on seeing a match card today, tomorrow is more likely. Now, as Steam has decided to just not operate properly, a post is in order. A fairly boring day spent within the confines of the SCW's Chicago based Arena. Nothing exciting, or worth noting has took place. Perhaps the only productive thing was that Jayson is now familiar with the layout of the building, which may come in handy if Jayson ever goes... ya know, a lil' bit crazy. But! Jayson did discover that on the same roster as him is two of his pals - JimJim and C-Rod. Perhaps finding them at some point will produce some entertainment. No rush though, Jayson stinks a fair bit - still needing to shower many more times to rid himself of the stench a conversation with Glen Cody provides. I can't top that, peace.

September 2013. The exact month when we last saw The Epic One compete in a wrestling ring. But that was FWA, and FWA is dead and gone. Night, like most of his now roster mates however, kept his ring rust off with small independent matches here and there. His workout regimen remained in tact, but until Zakk has his first match here in SCW, we won't know if his performance will hold to the standard of the past. Having already landed in Chicago a few hours ago to ink the deal, Night would begin unpacking in his locker room, possibly heading out to explore the building a bit later on.

After a long flight and taking care of some perks such as where he will stay and how he'll move within the city, Martin Pearce now is officially in Chicago. There were some obstacles on his way when he was going from Santa Mónica to Los Angeles but, aside from the usual protocol and check if his plane could make the trip, he managed to make it to the Windy City safe and sound. As he set foot in Chicagoan soil, Martin Pearce went straight to the nearest hotel and settle for the night, knowing that there's no hurry in knowing where the SCW Arena is and how it looks like because, when it comes down to it, he's more important than the venue he'll be, especially when the company hasn't formally debuted yet. The show won't start until he gets to the arena and, as far as he's concerned, he's going to take his precious time on getting used to his new environment and do the big plays he has in mind on his terms. If rumors are true about past stars trying to get themselves a piece of glory before reality catches up to them, it would be nice to let them get cozy and let them flirt with the thought of being on top of the world because, once Martin Pearce shows up, the standards will be set high and business will truly pick up.

Unpacked and all settled into his locker room, it looks like Zakk would be taking a late night jog inside the halls of the SCW arena and its parking lot. For starters, it's empty, and secondly, most of the RPers are not from the States and are like six hours ahead of my time, thus they're probably already enjoying sleepy time. No matter, Zakk could use the alone time to get his head straight. It's been about a year and a quarter of another one since The Epic One's seen main event gold, and it's about time he finally stands at the top of the pack again. It'll be no easy feat this time around, with men like Calvin Rodgers, Jon Jyrgin, Jimmy Dice, Jayson Addair, James Darwin, Gregor MacKay, and Martin Pearce all standing in Zakk's way. Just more room to show he's the greatest this company has to offer. On another note, I think I named just about every male competitor on the roster. Oh, and Glen Cody. But he's a rook, so Zakk won't worry yet. Night's ego won't let him worry, as a matter of fact. That SCW Championship is his, but all in due time. He's always been the shadow in the corner, in the lower midcard while these others have scraped by. Not this time...not if Night has a single thing to say about it. His time has come, ladies and gentlemen. But you've just gotta wait and see.

Ion Vasile w/ Lana | Romanian Ravager

Zakk Night can maybe have the SCW World Championship after the "Romanian Ravager" Ion Vasile has a very long title reign first, after all, the #RomanianInvasion comes first. Ion Vasile is going to plow through the competition with his bare hands and crush them beneath his boots. It's a good thing that the other wrestlers are very experienced and world renowned, that will make things even more spicy. It's almost another day removed and a card for Saturday's show is expected to be soon. But for right now, Ion Vasile and Lana are right now eating out at a fancy restaurant. They are not impressed in the least. They have way better in Moscow and Bucharest. Lana, after finishing her meal, then posts a tweet on her twitter.

After that, Lana and Ion Vasile are on their way out. Ion Vasile would have tipped the waiter, but the he was a stupid American, so Vasile didn't, neither did the Ice Queen herself.

Perhaps you didn't understand: Zakk refuses second place. He's always taken the backseat, if not the trunk, if you will. This is HIS time. As cliche and overused as that expression is, it fits for the given scenario. Night's tired of waiting, and he's gonna snatch that belt before another soul so much as breathes on it. Determination is the key word here, sir. Ion can strive for the title all he wants: but it will be The Epic One who gets his hands on it first. Mark my...well, his words...sort of. Something like that. It's all type, anyway. Having just finished his jog, Zakk enters his locker room and prepares to go to bed. Rest will be needed for the vigorous days of preparation that are soon to follow for his SCW debut and the start of his brand new conquest.

Ion Vasile w/ Lana | Romanian Ravager

Zakk Night can be second, third or whatever just fine as long as Ion Vasile is here dominating the competition. Zakk Night's drive is nice though and Ion Vasile would respect that. But in the end, it will be the the Big Guy who will be standing tall with the SCW World Championship. It will be Ion Vasile winning the grand prize first, with the "Ice Queen" Lana at his side. What a moment that would be right? But for now, just need a match card, as Ion Vasile is very eager for his first match. Ion Vasile thinks that the company will start things off with a tournament to decide the best contenders for the World Championship, the said tourney will last through the weeks leading up to the first PPV, or something. If so, Ion Vasile will be there through it all of course so don't you worry. So for now, Ion Vasile and Lana then head their separate ways after strolling a bit through the Murder Capital of America, aka Chicago. It's getting to be that time.

Jimmy had risen from his slumber, and after initially checking his phone, his eyes wandered to Twitter... He scrolled through the latest messages, his eyes suddenly widening as he saw Lana's latest tweet. Who was she eating out?... Jimmy really hoped it was Sora. It seemed a bit of an odd thing to broadcast on Twitter, but that's Russian's for you. Dice would hop out of bed and head over to the shower of his new apartment, eyeing up the contraption that operated the water. It looked complex.

Shaun Danielson| Honor & Respect

His contract situation had finally been sorted out and he was free to be part of the Roster at SCW. His hiatus from wrestling had gone on far too long and injury problems or not...Shaun is a fighter at heart and wanted to compete with the best for the top spot. It was weird for him walking into the backstage area for the first time. He wasn't the most well known wrestler in the world but he was still known. And the fans had been wondering where he had disappeared to when he left. The truth is...he was unhappy at his previous federation. While he thanks the backstage guys who gave him the time to perform for the fans..he hadn't really had much opportunity to show what he is made of. And in his last match in the company he had got a serious head injury. He was lying if he said he wasn't worried about his own health, the level of competitiveness in this place looks to be pretty high. The roster is stacked with talent. A few of them he knows from FWA and how good they were. None of that matters to Shaun, he is a dark horse and he has no problem with upsetting a few egos. Shaun Danielson does not go down without a tough fight, and just to prove that... he's back again...and he will not stop till he gets the World Title...he is relentless.

JAYSON ADDAIR // THE CLOWN PRINCE

There was some hope for today, hope that the day may prove to be a productive one. Jayson was planning on hitting up the gym with Sora, get some training done before the kick off show tomorrow night. Instead, Jayson finds himself situated within the locker room he shares with Sora. Sat upon the oddest shaped bean-bag chair in front of a television monitor; with an Xbox 360 controller in hand to play South Park: Stick of Truth. Slowly but surely, the once hope for a productive day was being diminished. 'requiescat in pace' unfulfilled hope.

SORA // WONDER WOMAN OF WRESTLING

Today was however not going to be a lazy one for Sora. No, she didn't need Jayson in order to train. No doubt, tomorrow night Sora just knew she was likely to feature. Currently the goodie-two-shoe divas outnumber the mean girls, so the odds of appearing increase. Plus, look at the names of the divas... be very unlike Shalom NOT to have the only A-Star Diva he has on the very first show. In the gym, dressed in the appropriate attire was Sora. Boxing gloves on, she was punching the poop out of one of the punch bags. She was in the zone, earphones in, listening to 'Infected' by Eyes Set to Kill. Woo.

Early morning runs - 'THE RISING ANGEL' GREGOR MACKAY never really got the hang of them. Regardless, he gets up at 5:00am and goes for a jog around the city of Chicago to get himself acquainted with his surroundings. He comes across some of the city's biggest landmarks including Sears Tower, Wrigley Field and even CM Punk's house. About an hour and half after leaving for his run, a sweat ridden MacKay returns to the SCW arena when all of a sudden something catches his eye. A new name has been added to the roster list that was posted on the bulletin board, a name that Gregor MacKay knows very well .. Zakk Night. Back in WEW, these two along with Malcolm Brice formed a stable by the name of Underrated. However, towards the end of their stint things got a little heated between Night and MacKay as their egos clashed. With all of the memories rushing back into his head, Gregory rips the list off of the board, crumples it up and tosses it in the trash. He does not want to be associated with Night because he will do exactly what he did to Gregor last time - hold him back.

Apparently everyone wants to be ate up by Lana, especially the stupid Americans. The Ravishing Russian definitely won't "eat up" a stupid American, you people aren't good enough for her, and she wouldn't do it lesbo style anyway, so too bad. There is a reason why Russia doesn't like homosexuality, they think it's an abomination, or something. Homosexuality is for America and people like Lana and Ion Vasile are above America. So right now, Lana is right now in the SCWrestling arena, sitting down filling out some paper work concerning various things.

Being successful in this business is not measured by titles or your win/loss record. While a part of it, the major factor is pulling all of that off whilst sticking to your morality and being yourself while keeping the fans on your side. Where's the achievement in winning if there is no credibility to your actions? Shaun knows what it takes to get to the ''top'', though he himself has not made it to the top he is able to see what is going on. The problem is that there is not enough heart or hunger at the top. Many of these guys are not passionate about the core of what wrestling is, and always will be. The fans. Without them we wouldn't have this amazing platform to showcase our skills. Shaun was getting to the top whether the other wrestlers liked it or not...the cream always rises to the top and this was going to be no different. Shaun Danielson is going to be the World Champion. That's the real fighting spirit. There's a lot of evil in this business and Shaun understands a respects that evil is relentless just like him. He is going to have to fight and fight and fight if he wants to get to the top. But this man cannot be stopped from claiming what is his. Shaun lives wrestling, he breathes wrestling, he bleeds wrestling. he IS wrestling.

 

Shaun is in the gym, training hard and making sure he is ready for his first match. Little inspiration needed..his drive and passion will be the reason he succeeds. He stops with his pull ups and decides its time to have a rest and thus takes his leave. He gets changed in the lockerroom and heads towards the backstage area where he is looking for somewhere to chill out. On his way to nowhere in particular he takes out a necklace inside his jeans pocket and reminieses of older times. It was the necklace that was given to him a long time ago by The Dragon. It symbolizes that hard work and passion will pay off eventually. Putting his necklace back into his jeans he continues his walk down the corridor. Ready for whoever/whatever he may come across.

Lana | The Ice Queen

It says in that post that Shaun Danielson is ready for who ever he may come across, but is he ready for Lana, the Ice Queen? The manager of the Bucharest Butcher himself? Let's find out. Anyways, coming out from a corner running into the corridor, just in Shaun Danielson's path is the "Ravishing Russian" Lana herself. Lana, dressed with her no-nonsense business attire, her hair all down, and wearing red-lipstick, looking like a buisness woman you don't want to mess with in general comes out. Lana saw Shaun Danielson as he turned around, putting a curious little trinket in his pants pocket. Now Lana looks at Shaun Danielson in the eyes with a glare. She then starts this conversation using a single word.

"??????"

That means hello in Russian. But this person is likely a stupid American and therefore too stupid to know what it is. Oh well.

"You are Shaun Danielson, no?"

Lana asks. Looks like Shaun Danielson off the roster profile page, but you never know...
