Vapor
- As noted, Batista was involved in an incident at ringside with local radio DJ Cam Carson at WWE's live event in Winnipeg this weekend. It was believed that the incident was planned as Carson's employer was the main local sponsor for the live event. According to a fan in attendance, the two began arguing before Batista's match against Big Show. When Batista turned to enter the ring, the man hit Batista in the back. This caused Batista to shove him back int his chair. Carson tried hopping the rail but security stopped him and talked to him. After the match, Batista flipped Carson off, which led to Carson trying to hop the rail again but this time he was escorted out by security.Word is that the incident was not planned by WWE and that Carson was intoxicated. He was legitimately escorted out of the building by security after the incident. A mother of two kids wrote to Carson on Twitter and said that they were trampled on during the incident. She noted that her 11 year old son left the arena with a limp and was forced to sit on the bench during his local playoff hockey game the next day. Carson apologized to the mother. He says he will speak on the incident Monday morning so stay tuned for an update. Credit: LOP So yeah... What did he think he would've done after jumping the rail? Batista would've wrecked the shit out of him.
Bushy.
What the *Censored*? Is this report real? Remember when you guys were hyped about Batista? Hmmm...We just didn't want him to win the Rumble. This. If he wasn't booked to win the Rumble, fans wouldn't have turned on him, and he wouldn't be a heel. We're allowed to change opinion too. Ömniscieɳce®
After going back over it, this is definitively a work ( imo ). I guess this was really legit. In the back of my mind I wanted to believe it in the first place. Well, this has been an unexpected turn of events. "Deal with it!"
CarDaddyPlease
hahah I was totally wrong. I hadn't read that Carson allegedly hit him first. He's an idiot for doing so, he's lucky Batista didn't knock him out. He may not be the best MMA fighter, but even the bad ones can throw a good punch. I don't really believe this report...According to a fan on twitter (shown on the first page) who was sitting next to Carson, he had shoved Dave when he was making his entrance (because he was quite intoxicated) and he got shoved down into his seat. The rest of the report is exactly what the fan said, though. So at this point, until we see a video or some rock-solid evidence to the contrary, I don't think he hit Dave. Does it really matter if it was a punch or a shove? Fact is, that dude is in the wrong, and Batista retaliated in the same way that anyone else would have. Actually, he did well not to knock that *Censored* out. Also, you're saying you don't believe a report made out by a fan in attendance saying he did hit Dave, but you're also saying that you believe someone who was also in attendance, because they said he didn't hit him? Couldn't I then also say unless we get some solid proof, then I think he did hit Dave?

Faster Than Light
Too many people here use "double standards" and most of the time it isn't even true. Like, pretending that CM Punk didn't get a whole bunch of flak when he elbowed that fan and so on.

You completely disregard the big amount of caws.ws members that stated they simply think The Rock delivered shitty work and didn't care about his personality. You completely disregard like the huge amount of people who give CM Punk shit for walking out and you also disregard the fact that a lot of people have legitimately possible theories as to why his walk out was good deed without treating it as a fact but simply a possibility. You act like he could kill a kitten on live TV and be praised for it. Is he liked by a great portion of this forum? Yes but the bias towards him isn't nearly as strong as you think or make it sound like.

I never said his return was AB5OLUTLY AM4Z1NG, but I said it certainly wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. His matches were nice, and his promos were entertaining. Therefore overall in my eyes it was a great overall return. People talk about how he wasn't there enough, yet somehow stole the spotlight, his promos were terrible, yet they can't seem to find footage. It doesn't make sense. You mean like when he said he hated Chris Brown and would like to make him squeal, but once wore a Charles Manson t-shirt commentary?
