He's playing on the worst team in the league, and broke the rookie 5 Week QB TD record. Bortles sucks, Teddy sucks, Johnny sucks. The only good QB to come out of the draft is Derek Carr. And yet, the Raiders are 0-8. That's a team effort, you're gonna need more than two good players on offense which as it stems is very one dimensional. The record isn't Derek Carr's fault, it's the team's fault starting from the line to the back field, to the secondary and into the coaching staff. How are you going to say it takes a team to win, then call the other QB's bust, when they have no team? It's a contradiction. Bortles has no Justin Blackmon, and the rest of the receivers are average. Toby Gerhart clearly is not the guy Jacksonville were hoping he'd be, and that defense can't stop anyone. Same goes for Bridgewater, and Mettenberger. Johnny Manziel hasn't had a single regulsr season snap, how can he suck at anything without being given a chance to play? Derek has excuses for losing, only on WR and no RB depth. Bortles has no excuse for doing bad, because he has the best RB depth of all the rookies and the a better defense than all the rookies. Mettenberger of course doesn't have a team, and that much is clear and I think he's good. As for Johnny, he had three snaps and didn't do anything. If he was as good as everyone says he is. He should of had at least one explosive play to solidify him as a starter, but he didn't. Because, he sucks. Derek Carr has good stats because he's an extraordinary QB on a team that only has a WR. You can't say Derek Carr isn't good when he never does anything bad that costs the team their games. I put the blame on mainly on the Offensive Line that can't protect Derek Carr and the all of the WR's excluding James Jones that drop wide open passes. If he was on the 49ers, they would be playoffs bound. However, if you put Bortles, Johnny, or Bridgwtater on the 49ers. All three of those QB's would still be producing a losing season. But the season isn't over and with how the Steelers are playing right now (along with other top AFC teams) I still don't think they'll make the playoffs.
