I'm not sure that NJPW will fit in stylistically with the first three attires. I think I'd be a bit bummed if I was randoming attired in universe an he came out in that attire. The 4th attire actually works well on my NJPW brand. Your moveset is spot on too, though I gave him the top rope Wagner Bomb since he used that a lot in Japan.
