Holy shit did they overuse the voice/sound effects, I had a hard time hearing parts of it because of that.

I think it is Low Ki....sounds like his voice very slightly but it makes sense why they tried to disguise it so much if you've ever heard him speak lol...right in the beginning is the most noticeable.
