Sexual Tyrannosaurus
Which personalities do you feel have little to no chance of making in to WWE 2K14 or any WWE game in the near future? I mean as in reasons other than 'They're crap'. I mean legal and relationship with the company reasons. Here's a few candidates: The Dudleys, Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, Al Snow, Tazz, Mr Kennedy, Chavo Gurrero: plus any other former WWE'er in TNA, because they're in TNA. Hogan's an exception. Owen Hart: wife has the say on his likeness for figures and games, it's not going to happen. Raven: Tried a lawsuit against WWE a few years ago. Bad terms. Kanyon: See above. Goldberg: A deal fell through a couple of years ago, he's not going to be in at the moment. Scott Hall: WWE don't want him in games for the time being. Bad habits and bad press. Chris Benoit: Never will be. Chyna: All the porn stuff and she's on bad terms. WWE have distanced themselves from her. Jeff Jarrett: In TNA, but even if he wasn't WWE wouldn't approach him: left on bad terms. Nailz: Tried to maul Vince and testified against in court. You don't see any Nailz legend figures do you. Sunny: WWE's washed their hands with her: her personal problems are too much.
SuicidalKissesProduction™
Owen Hart, Raven, Kanyon, Goldberg, Scott Hall, Chris Benoit, Chyna, Jeff Jarrett. Nailz, Sunny. So asides from maybe Raven & Scott Hall we're not missing much. I'm surprised Scott Hall is on bad terms, heard he was doing well since DDP went out of his way to help both Hall and Jake Roberts. nystyle
Too late: Curtis Axel (very, very small chance for dlc) RVD Wyatt Family Other: Goldberg (bad terms with wwe; bashges them on twitter for low balling him with legends deal proposal. his dvd this year will have no involvement from him at all) Benoit: obvious reasons Owen: obvious reasons

1ManGang
I posted this in another topic that is now locked. The lawsuit was over WWE's use of Owen in the Hart Anthology DVD. Martha's case was that WWE had no right to use Owen on the dvd. WWE claimed they had a right since it as their own footage and photos. Then it turns out WWE felt that since it was their own footage/photos that they did not have to pay any royalties to Owen's estate. The end result of the settlement was WWE picked up Martha's legal bills for the case and paid royalties for the dvd. In turn WWE promised not to create new merchandise featuring Owen unless it is in connection to another talent's likeness (ex: if a match on a dvd/tv features some one vs. owen they can use it). They also promised not to go forward on an Owen Hart DVD that was planned for 2013 then pushed back to 2014 by the lawsuit. Mattel said at their Q+A this year at Comic Con that two wrestlers (Owen and Scott Hall) are 100% off limits. One WWE won't allow them to use and the other they cannot even contact their estate. Jakks also claimed when they made wwe figures that Martha's lawyers sent a letter to Jakks informing them that by asking her every 6 months for permission it was harassment and Martha would sue if contacted again. To be in a video game/ figure Martha and Owen's estate would have to sign off on it. Bret Hart has said as recently as March that Martha continues to claim she will never allow Owen's likeness to be used in a way that makes money for WWE and that she has her kids thinking the same way. So even eventually when the estate turns over to Owen's kids it is also not likely we will get Owen merchandise any time soon. This was all on WWE's corporate website (since it's public information) when the settlement occurred.
Sexual Tyrannosaurus
A few more: Alundra Blaze/Madusa: Putting the WWF womens title in a bin on Nitro was a bad idea. Black list ahoy. Superstar Billy Graham: He wanted out of the Hall of Fame a while back and seems to go back and forth on good/bad terms. Marc Mero: Came across as a bit of a arse when talking about WWE in the media regarding Chris Benoit and steroids. New Jack: WWE wouldn't want to promote a character of Jack's habits in the PG era. He is also too outspoken toward anyone.

Martha used her comments, post settlement, to bash WWE further so I have come to gripes with the realization that if Owen does appear in a game/ action figure ever again for WWE it will be someday when my kids are playing wrestling video games and not in my own youth. Sexual Tyrannosaurus
/\ I bet it's not RA. I think 'Ruthless Aggression' is a bit of a down period and not a boom like the Attitude Era. I doubt it will ever be celebrated in a video game. It should be Golden Era if anything. Monday Night Wars would be interesting with WCW wrestlers like Hollywood Hogan, Sting, The Outsiders and Goldberg, but that won't happen yet if ever.
