I don't know what that font is, but I know how you can find out. http://www.whatfontis.com/ When you have an image that is at a better angle than the one you posted, cut out as much of the outside as you can, and then upload it to that site. The site should automatically be able to read which letters are which (if they aren't, it will let you change which one is which), and it will tell you what the closest font is to the one you uploaded in the photo.
