Posted January 14, 2013 Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 If you unlocked the achievement and then your profile got corrupted or deleted and you downloaded your profile back to your xbox with out signing to Live, the achievement will disappear because the last time you were on Live, the achievement was still locked, If you happen to have done that, that's the reason why the achievement previously unlocked is now locked.
