CarreMarie30
Carrie Marie T H E K A T A man wearing a black Armani suit moves slowly toward a fast-aging building. He is carrying a slick leather briefcase, his intent hidden by his dark sunglasses. A sputtering neon sign above the glass door before him reads “Branded”; the windows of the tattoo shop are filled with devilish decorations. The man opens the door and enters without pause. A strawberry haired woman sits on the chair in the center of the room, and the defined muscles on her slight frame ripple as the gruff tattooist drill away at her arm. A grimace plays out across her face. “You know… I’ve been put through tables, tossed off turnbuckles, power-bombed, moonsaulted, and had my face smashed into metal stairs, but I swear to every deity you can think of – this always makes me squirm more than any of that ever did.” The tattooist pauses a moment before speaking to her. “Kat, stop being a Diva for ten freaking seconds and hold still.” Kat rolls her eyes, but allows a smile to cross her face. “Oh you’re really funny. I was a Diva, and then I got that concussion and I could have sworn that I was a hammer too; which might explain why I never get nailed….” The tattooist laughs heartily as the door behind him opens, and the man with the briefcase walks toward them. He and Kat lock eyes, and her mouth drops open in surprise. “Shane McMahon?” Shane nods, sliding down onto a nearby chair, and the tattooist nods at him before continuing with his work. Kat eyes Shane, noting every movement, every minute facial reaction. “What are you doing here, Shane?” “Look, I’m not here to dwell on the past, Kat. When my father fired you, he fired you because of your head injuries, and that’s it. I mean, really… aside from Lita, and Trish, you were our most popular Diva.” Shane shifts in his seat and leans toward Kat as he speaks. “I just got off the phone with Dr. Carrington, your neurologist. He said that your concussion wasn’t as serious as we thought. Kat, he says that he would clear you to come back to the ring.” Kat stares hard at him as the briefcase clicks open. “So… what’s the catch?” “Simple. We need real wrestlers in there, not the damned models we have strutting around. My father and his marketing have all but ruined the circuit. He can’t seem to see past the adolescent male demographic. We are losing our longtime fans, Kat. If something doesn’t change, and fast, the Diva circuit will cease to exist. “ “Again, Shane… what’s the catch?” Kat demands. “The catch is, you have to pretend you are the new, ‘modern’ Diva. All this new ink of yours will help, but I need to bring you back in as a face.” Shane extends a contract to Kat. She winces as the tattoo gun shudders, biting her lip and glancing at the tattooist. Her gaze shifts slowly across the contract before darting back up to Shane. “Wow. Aren’t you desperate… I didn’t make half of this in my entire career.” Kat pauses and locks eyes with Shane. “All I have to do is play like one of your new Divas, then?” “Yeah. That’s it. No other stipulations. Obviously, you’ll need to get your basic medical exams; I’d think about changing up your moves, and you should start a solid diet, start training immediately. You’ll have Kristie as your trainer; she’s all ready for you. Vince has a team of photographers at the ready. Everyone is ready to get you back in. It’s all on you, girl. You think you’re ready to make a comeback?” Kat looks around, her eyes wandering to the ceiling, and she licks her lips as she thinks. After a moment, she looks back at Shane. “Yeah I’m ready. Are they ready for me? Are you?” Kat smirks. “Let’s hope so,” says Shane as he hands her a pen and gestures toward the contract. “Let’s hope so.” The scene fades with: WWE Entertainment, INC – TM&©2013 All Rights Reserved I swear one of these days I'm going to post in the right f*$%ing forum.. CarreMarie30
Thank you BuddahMonkey, it's been a long time since I've been in the scene, but I'm glad to see CAWs.ws is still going strong. I'll have to figure out how to upgrade my account though, sick of the 8090000000000 ads.

CarreMarie30
Heya Marco, yeah I first created Kat back in SDvR 2005, I since then bounced all over the place, playing her wherever I could in roleplaying situations. I think i even played in Tony's little show. Kat has had a ton of backstory. The return though, was one I really had to figure out how to bring her back. Tattood, new attire, and a whole new moveset. It was a tough thing to do to change those aspects of her, but I love how she turned out, there's a bit of a new attitude with her. Hey ZX, I'll be around for a bit, though WWE 13 is a bit boring, the Universe isn't really all that exciting to me. Maybe i'm not doing it right.
