Hello And Welcome To OWA.

This Is A WWE '13 PS3 Exclusive Online Fed/League (Not Simulation).

This Fed/League Is Managed By FanKiddo123, Villmos, Giggity, And Myself (Dustmann3479). We All Possess A Large Amount Experience Between The Six Of Us When It Comes To Feds/Leagues. This Year We Have Come Up With Something A Little Different Though (Credit Goes To Villmos For This Idea). Rather Than Just Creating A Fed/League And Having Matches Each Week While Competing For Championships (We Will Still Be Doing This), There Will Be A Storyline Behind How & Why The Fed/League Was Created. This Will Lead To Some Exciting Match Ups & Promos And Keep The Interest Of The Fed/League Members.

OWA Will Be Split Up Into Two Brands/Factions. These Brands/Factions Consist Of VF (Villmos Funhouse) And XCW (Xtreme Championship Wrestling).

The VF Brand/Faction Will Be Managed By Villmos And The XCW Brand/Faction Will Be Managed By FanKiddo123.

There Will Be Four Shows (Match Cards) Each Week, Monthly Pay Per Views, And The Opportunity To Win Championships. The Four Shows Will Consist Of Monday Night VF, Wednesday Night OWA, And Friday Night XCW.

Monday Night VF Will Feature The Superstars Of Villmos Funhouse. Friday Night XCW Will Feature The Superstars Of Xtreme Championship Wrestling. Wednesday Night OWA Will Showcase The Best Of VF Versus The Best Of XCW For Brand/Faction Bragging Rights.

Villmos Funhouse:
Villmos Funhouse (VF) was a company that was created by Villmos in 2009. This company thrived & flourished for two years before it unfortunately closed its doors in late 2011. VF was known for its innovative matches and storylines, as well as its creative mastermind owner Villmos.

Xtreme Championship Wrestling:
Xtreme Championship Wrestling (XCW) was a company that was created by FanKiddo123 & Dustmann3479 in 2012. This company came off of the heels of VF's closure and thrived & flourished for the first half of 2012. XCW is known for its more structured setup & approach towards matches/storylines.

Online Wrestling Alliance Storyline:
Online Wrestling Alliance (OWA) is a large corporation that has purchased multiple wrestling promotions (small to large promotions). In the late summer of 2012, OWA decided to purchase the up and coming XCW promotion. OWA's vision was for the XCW Brand to become its flagship programming.

However, OWA has not been very happy with how neither the brand nor the talents work ethic has been as of late. Thus OWA has decided to purchase and revive an old work horse brand called VF. OWA's initial thoughts are that one of two things will happen. VF will corrupt and take over XCW's spot as OWA's flagship programming, or VF will light a fire under XCW thereby forcing XCW to take it up a notch and become the flagship programming that OWA had originally envisioned them to be.

Thus VF has been resurrected and the VF versus XCW feud was born.

*Since WWE '13 Contains Multiple Versions Of The Same Superstar/Diva (e.g. Mick Foley - Cactus Jack, Dude Love, Mankind), Once Someone Picks One Of Those Versions Then The Other Versions Will Become Unavailable. This Is Being Done Because It Wouldn't Make Storyline Sense For Three Different Versions Of Triple H To Be Feuding.*

Male/Female CAW Rules:

Appearance:

-Must Be Realistic In Appearance. Meaning No Male/Female CAWs That Are Blue Skinned Monsters, Green Incredible Hulks, Etc.

Stats:

-Male CAWs Can Not Have A Starting Overall Stat That Is More Than 92.

-Female CAWs Can Not Have A Starting Overall Stat That Is More Than 80.

**Keep Stats Realistic And Fair. For Example, Do Not Make Your Tag Team Stat Really Low Just So That You Can Increase All Your Other Stats And Keep Your Overall Within The Rules. We Don't Want To Have To Micro Manage Everyone's CAW Stats. So Please Do Not Force Us To Do So.**

Movesets/Abilities:

-Movesets & Abilities Must Be Realistic. Meaning No Super Heavy Weights Doing Springboard Attacks, Etc.

-Movesets & Abilities Must Be Approved By One Of The League/Fed Administrators. To Do This, Please Upload The Moveset To Community Creations & Inform Us Where To Find It. Or You Can Post Any Moveset/Ability Changes In The Moveset/Ability Changes Section Of The Forums.

Match Rules:

 

 

General Match Rules:

 

 

1.) No Spamming Of Moves.

2.) You Must Execute At Least One Finisher Before Attempting To Win By Submission. However If Your Superstar/Diva Has A Submission Finisher, Then You May Attempt To Win By Submission Using This Without Executing A Finisher Beforehand Since This Is Considered To Be A Finisher.
(Finishers Include Regular Finishers, Catching Finishers, & Spectacular (OMG) Moments Since These All Require A Finisher To Execute)

3.) You Must Execute At Least One Finisher Before Attempting To Win By Pin Fall.
(Finishers Include Regular Finishers, Catching Finishers, & Spectacular (OMG) Moments Since These All Require A Finisher To Execute)

4.) You May Not Use The Ring Out Ability If Your Opponent Has Just Executed A Finisher On You. However, You May Use The Ring Out Ability After Your Opponent Has Executed A Signature (Or Any Other Move) On You.
(We Want To Keep Things Realistic And Rolling Out Of The Ring Right After A Finisher Is Not Very Realistic)

5.) If You Lose A Championship, You Are Entitled To A Rematch That Must Be Used Prior To The Next Pay Per View Event.
(We Want To Keep Things Fresh And Not Have The Same Superstars Competing For Championships At Every Pay Per Views)

7.) Each Superstar May Not Compete For Or Hold More Than One Singles Championship At A Time. For Example, A Superstar May Not Compete For Or Hold Both The Mid-Card & Major Championships At The Same Time. It Has To Be One Or The Other. However, Each Superstar May Compete For Or Hold One Singles Championship And The Tag Team Championship. GM's May Override This Rule If They So Choose To Further A Storyline.
(This Will Keep Someone From Holding Every Championship And Allow Others The Chance At Glory)

8.) You Will Receive A Warning For No Showing A Match. If You No Show A Match The Following Match Card Then It'll Be Your Second Warning. If You Don't Show Up In The Next Card, You Will Be Fired. And Your Superstar Will Be Available For Someone Else To Pick Up. You Will Not Receive A Warning As Long As You Do The Following Before The Match Card Deadline:

-Actively Post And Try To Set Up A Time With Your Opponent To Complete The Scheduled.
-Contact Either GM With The Reasoning As To Why The The Match Will Not Be Completed.

9.) This Is The Most Important Rule Of All.Have Fun!!

Do Not Get So Wrapped Up With Winning Every Single Match & Championship, That You Forget What This Fed Is All About Which Is Having Fun, Fair, And Realistic Matches. Act As If You A Real Contracted Superstar/Diva And Try To Put On The Best Show Possible By Furthering Story Lines And Putting On A Good Match. Also If You Lose A Big Match, Remember It Is Just A Game And Other Opportunities Will Come Your Way.
(Remember To Show Sportsmanship And Respect To Each Other)

A Great Way To Earn Better Opportunities (Believe It Or Not) Is To Develop Good Story Lines Through Promos & Realistic Matches. Not By All Trying To Obtain Quick & Cheap Wins (Move Spamming, Constantly Not Using A Finisher To Conclude A Match, Running Away From Your Opponent, Etc.). If There Is Any Suspicion Of A Player Being Cheap In Their Matches Just To Obtain The Win, It Is The GM's Discretion To Over Ride That Superstar/Diva's Number One Contender Status In Favor Of A Superstar That Is Constantly Involved In Story Lines And Has Fair Competitive Matches. So Do Not Think Winning Matches Is The Only Pathway To The Championship.
(This Is Just Something That Was Noticed As A Little Bit Of A Issue In Previous Years Of The Feds)

**Remember These Rules Are Subject To Change Depending On Situations That Arise**

Tag Team Match Rules:

 

 

1.) General Match Rules Apply During A Tag Team Match.

2.) The Illegal Superstar (The Superstar On The Apron) May Only Enter The Ring And Interfere If Their Partner Is Being Pinned Or Is In A Submission, If Their Partner Is Performing The Pin Or Submission (So That They May Keep The Other Team's Illegal Superstar From Interfering), Or If They Are Physically Provoked By The Opposing Team's Legal Superstar (The Opposing Team's Superstar That Is Currently In The Ring). For Example: The Opposing Team's Legal Superstar Knocks The Illegal Superstar Off Of The Apron, Or Suplexes Them Into The Ring, Etc. However, The Interference Must Be Kept To A Minimum And With In Reason. Once The Illegal Superstar Is Back On The Apron, That Superstar May Not Interfere Anymore Until The Above Situation Arises Again. If You Are The Illegal Superstar And Your Partner Is Taking A Beating (Like The Match Is Becoming One Sided) And Needs Assistance, Or You Accidentally Interfere In A Match Without The Above Situation Occurring, We Will Allow The Illegal Interference Up To Two Times. After That It Will Become An Issue And A Rematch May Possibly Be Issued.

3.) The Illegal Superstar May Perform As Many Illegal Superstar Moves As They Want During A Match. For Example: Pulling The Rope Down So That The Opposing Team's Legal Superstar Falls Out Of The Ring While They Are Running The Ropes, Hitting Or Grappling Opposing Team's Legal Superstar Should They Get To Close To The Illegal Superstar, Etc.

4.) The Illegal Superstars Of Both Teams May Only Fight With One Another Outside Of The Ring If One Or Both Of The Legal Superstars Are Outside Of The Ring. The Illegal Superstars May Also Attack The Opposing Team's Legal Superstar If They Are Outside Of The Ring. Otherwise They Must Be On The Apron.

5.) Remember The Goal Is To Keep These Tag Team Matches As Realistic And Fair As Possible.

**Remember These Rules Are Subject To Change Depending On Situations That May Arise**

Special Referee Match Rules:

 

 

1.) The Special Referee Can Only Attack, Distract, And Break Up A Pinfall/Submissions To Each Opponent Up To Two Times During A Match.
(For Example: Alberto Del Rio Is The Special Referee For A Match Between CM Punk & Wade Barrett. Alberto Del Rio Can Attack Or Distract [Or Break Up Pinfalls/Submissions] Wade Barrett Up To Two Times During The Match. 2.) The Referee Is Allowed To Perform One Fast Count Pinfall To Each Opponent Up To One Time During A Match.

3.) The Referee Is Allowed To Perform A "Screw Job" For Storyline Purposes, But Must Ensure That Both Superstars Are Okay With The Finish After The After The Match Is Over. If They Are Not Okay With The Finish, Then The General Manager Can Make The Decision On How To Handle The Situation.
