Damn that's crazy. I hope the best for his family and if he can survive, hopefully he does. Excellent wrestler who has consistently been good throughout his career.

And he's still a young man...he had a great future ahead of him. Hope for the best.

Such an underrated wrestler in the USA. I'm not saying that just because of his passing, either. Garza was over anywhere he went, he was a good wrestler (he hit the tornillo perfectly), and was put over by some pretty big names in WCW and TNA. Yet nothing really came of those pushes, and he seems to get forgotten when people mention great Mexican wrestlers. Of course, I don't follow Lucha all too much, so maybe he wasn't as underrated as I'm saying, but he just seemed so.

In either case, R.I.P. to Hector Garza and my condolences to the family.

Great article at luchaworld.com, well worth checking out for some backround.

The guy was great, like Misatouki mentions above he had some big names put him over in WCW and TNA, he also put over and established a lot of LL guys like his team with La Mascara and Hijo del Fantasma before they were really settled.
