9/11: Conspiracy vs Truth

I know, I know... Its probably one of the most talked about events in history and a lot of you are probably sick to death of hearing about it. But the events that occurred on September 11th 2001 have always fascinated me.

 

Even 11 years later I still remember exactly where I was when it happened. I was 12 years old, and I had just gone round my friends house after school. I remember walking into his living room to see his mum watching the TV. All they were showing was the World Trade Centres billowing with smoke. Me and My friend didn't pay any attention to it and just went upstairs. It wasn't until later that day when I went home and I walked into my living room to see my mum watching it all on TV. Except now they weren't showing pictures of the towers billowing with smoke, they were showing pictures of just dusty streets with people bleeding and crying. It looked like a movie at first, but when my mum told me everything that happened I realised how serious it was. The first time I saw the replay of the towers collapsing on TV I was completely shocked. I was young and innocent and never imagined stuff like this could happen in the real world.

 

Ever since that day I have watched countless documentaries both on TV and YouTube about 9/11. The images still shock me today the same way they did when I was 12 years old.

 

But the documentaries that interest me the most are the ones talking about the conspiracy theories. Im not the sort of person who insists the moon landing was fake or JFK's assassination was planned by the U.S Government. But the conspiracy theories about 9/11 caught my attention just because... There's so much proof to support them.

 

Some people may not have seen any of these conspiracy theory videos about 9/11. If you haven't I'll just list a few of the facts that have convinced me and millions of others that the 9/11 tragedy was planned by the U.S Government to justify their pursuit of oil in foreign lands. Some of these facts have been taken directly from multiple sites around the internet which are dedicated to 9/11 conspiracies. If you have a look around the are hundreds more that I have not listed. While some of these "facts" may very well be fake or convoluted, many of them are undeniable truths and have cold, hard evidence to back them up.

 

1. On the morning of September 11th, 2001, Dick Cheney was running several war games in the north eastern portion of the United States. These drills included many hijacking scenarios, where commercial jets were hijacked and flown into buildings. At the same time Cheney had arranged for a drill involving a bio attack on NY. This resulted in FEMA setting up a command post on pier 29 in New York on September 10th.

 

Some of these drill were scheduled for later in the year but Dick Cheney rescheduled them and made sure that they all took place on the same day. This was unprecedented.

 

The war games involved live fly exercises, and electronic drills where fake blips were placed on radar screens. Cheney was in charge of a communications system that superseded those of the FAA, NORAD and NEADS. Some of the drills possibly included remote control planes.

Dick Cheney is member of the Project for a New American Century. This is an organization of political ideologues (neocons) who wrote detailed plans than included invading Afghanistan, Iraq & the middle east. Their goal is ensure America is the only super power in the world. You can research their work for it is public information. Members of PNAC include Donald Rumsfeld and more than ten members of the Bush foreign & defense policy teams. In their documentation they openly state that the public and Congress would not accept their agenda and that the transition would be a slow one “absent a catalyzing and catastrophic event like a New Pearl Harbor”

 

2. In the weeks leading up to 9/11 security cameras around the World Trade Center caught footage of unmarked black vans going in and out of the World Trade Centre in the early hours of the morning. This was after all workers, and even the janitors had gone home. The only people pet were security, who were told the people needed access to the buildings for maintenance in the basement*

 

*During the attacks on September 11th, seconds before the first plane hit the building, people in the lobby reported feeling and hearing an explosion beneath them in the basement.

 

3. In footage of the towers collapse, multiple smaller explosions can be seen coming from inside the towers as they fall, much like you would see in a controlled demolition.

 

4. The excuse given for the towers collapse was not the force of the planes hitting, but that the heat of the fuel fires melted the steep structure of the towers. Experts have said this is impossible, as fuel fires would not be able to reach the necessary temperatare to be able to do this. Also, the fires were only at their most extreme on one side of the tower, meaning if it melted the steel, the towers would have fallen to the side like a chopped down tree. Instead the towers fell down vertically almost like a perfectly executed controlled demolition.

 

5. Building 7, a section of the World Trade Center completely independent of the twin towers, inexplicably collapsed during the attack. The official reason? It was hit by debris from the twin towers. However no buildings surrounding Building 7 were damaged or collapsed. In some footage of the Building 7 collapse, white flashes can be seen in the windows and small explosions. Just like the small explosions in the Twin Towers and just like a controlled demolition.

 

6. On to the actual aircraft that hit the towers, footage shows the planes had none of the typical markings of a United Airlines plane. They also had what looked like an extra section added to the bottom of the plane. Some people believe this was a missile strapped to the bottom of the plane. Possibly to "increase the dramatic effect" of the explosion.

 

7. The black boxes of the planes were never recovered from the wreckage. These boxes are made from indestructible material; and hold all flight data from the planes. Workers going through the wreckage if the Twin Towers are supposedly found one of the black boxes, but it was quickly taken off their hands by "men in black suits". The other black boxes were never found before the rubble of the Twin Towers was prematurely shipped off to an unknown location. Its said that over 100 bodies were shipped off with it, still buried in the rubble.

 

8. The "plane" that crashed into The Pentagon may have not even been a plane at all. The hole in the side of The Pentagon was too small for the plane to even ft through, and no debris of the crashed plane was ever found. The plane was said to have "bounced off" the lawn of The Pentagon, before crashing into the building itself. But the lawn showed no signs of any planes "bouncing off" of it. In fact, it was still in pristine condition.

 

9. Additionally, any CCTV footage of the object hitting The Pentagon was immediately confiscated by the U.S Government. A hotel across the street from The Pentagon had a perfect view of the incident, but before staff at the hotel even had time to check their own CCTV, men in black suits had arrived to take it away. That just shows how quickly this footage was confiscated. Eye witnesses report that the object wasn't big enough to be a Boeing 747, and instead looked like a missile or a "remote controlled drone plane".

 

And now for the big finale...

 

10. Seven of the men identified by the U.S. Government as hijackers who flew the planes on September 11th 2001... Have been found alive and well in their home country. All of them denying any knowledge of their participation in the event, or any previous terrorist activity.

 

These are just 10 of the "conspiracy facts" that I threw together to get discussion started. I may add more at a later date, or feel free to add your own. I basically just want to hear your opinions on all this. Maybe you saw proof that some of these conspiracy theories are actually false?

11. The man featurned in the infamous Osama bin Laden "confession video", was not actually Bin Laden.

This is the latest documentary I've seen. It explains how the buildings were demolished... How the explosives were planted in the building... And how the two commercials airlines were called back to the ground shortly after takeoff and taxi'd to military bunkers, before being replaced by "dummy" aircraft, which were possibly drone planes (controlled by computers, not a pilot).

 

I challenge anyone to watch this video and still tell me there wasn't any foul play on September 11th 2001...

Have you seen 'Loose Change' by any chance? It's a great documentary, I very highly recommend it. I personally believe 9/11 was an inside job, for the reasons you stated, and more.

Agreed. One thing I don't understand is that when I tell people I think 9/11 was an inside job, they, for some reason, presume that I'm glad those people died 'cos I don't think it was Al Qaeda. I don't understand that and it's ridiculous. I feel for those people that died, and the people that are still dying from the effects(e.g. the smoke from the debris) and my heart goes out to their families. Whether it was Bin Laden or Bush, it was still a terrible tragedy.
