Creepia
June 20th saw a revolution in the WWE. NXT Redemption came to a close with no clear winner in sight, the show itself was in shambles and it's views were descending every week. This particular revolution arose on the internet as it was announced that the WWE had rented the Full Sail Arena in Florida to host the brand new NXT. This new NXT would (as it's always done) showcase the very best of the young stars who were itching for greatness. A month into the programming everyone of the roster has debuted and they had a steady format with peaking ratings and views. July 12th rolled around and WWE.com announced that NXT would get it's very own championship and that in the following episode the title belt would be unveiled on air. With the chance for championship gold and a roster spot on either Smackdown! Or RAW, these young superstars were hungry! Alex Decker ~ Big E. Creepia
Just one thing, it looks ok... and that is because where are the women? I don't know much about you but hope this diary is good Womens wrestling bores the shit out me. There will be no women. TheWrestlingObserver.com are reporting the matches taped for this weeks episode NXT. The following matches took place: Hunico w/ Camacho vs. Richie Steamboat Big E. Langston vs. Aiden English The Ascension vs. The Uso's Kassius Ohno vs. Alex Riley Seth Rollins vs. Michael McGillicutty. WWE.com have put up a pole on the homepage asking for the NXT Universe to vote and predict who they think will win these matches! Link to comment
rtegedg
You beat me to creating an NXT diary, curse you. Your first match card is incredibly star-studded, and I don't think that's what NXT is about. It's an hour show, so usually will have 3/4 matches. You've got the biggest NXT guy facing WWE's McGillicutty. That would currently main event and maybe be fifteen minutes. Your matches are way too 'big' for one show. I suggest saving them and spreading them out. Ascension vs Usos / Ohno vs Riley / Rollins vs Hennig are all huge matches that could main event. I don't agree with the current standings but it's your diary. Link to comment
Creepia
Well it is a big show, the NXT title will be unveiled as mentioned in the backstory. Link to comment
Sinnerman
Hunico w/ Camacho vs. Richie Steamboat - Hunico's awesome, but unless Camacho interferes I think Richie will win. Big E. Langston vs. Aiden English - Big ass mother *censored*er! The Ascension vs. The Uso's - Uso's don't really have anything to lose by putting these guys over. Kassius Ohno vs. Alex Riley - I'm guessing Riley's gonna get knocked the *censored* out. Seth Rollins vs. Michael McGillicutty - I prefer McGillicutty, so going with him. Looking forward to it! Creepia
"Welcome Home' by Coheed & Cambria carries on playing throughout as the camera pans across a sold out Full Sail Arena. We get an introduction by the commentators Jim Ross, Byron Saxton and William Regal. Eventually another theme begins to play and the crowd erupt into cheers as the WWE Hall Of Famer, the General Manager, 'The American Dream' Dusty Rhodes comes out on stage. He makes his way down to the ring doing his signature 'shuffle' dance before climbing into the ring. He takes a microphone from Ring Announcer: Chris Russo. Dusty Rhodes || Ladies and gentlemen of the Dub Dub E Universe welcome to a very special edition of NXT! Since this new revolution began this has became one of the most popular shows in all of WWE's programming. Something that makes me very happy indeed! With this success I thought that in turn the young stars of this show should be rewarded with somethin' mighty! And we have just that. As announced last week on WWE.com, NXT will getting it's very own championship belt! And right now ... and I mean RIGHT NOW we will be unveiling this beauty! Mr. Russo if you will. Chris Russo leaves the ring, on it's own podium at ringside is the title belt itself, but draped over with some cloth. Russo carefully picks it up not showing any of the belt and climbs back into the ring. He hands it to Dusty who holds it. Dusty Rhodes || May I present t'you ... The WWE NXT Championship! Dusty pulls off the cloth revealing the title. The title is silver with the NXT logo engraved on the front with emphasis on the 'X'. The crowd cheer as Dusty lifts the belt. He turns to all sides of the crowd before handing it back to Russo who takes it too ringside to put on the podium. Dusty Rhodes || a monumental occasion in NXT for sure! But that's not all, as of next week a Championship 'Gold Rush' tournament will start. Pitting NXT's best against each other! Whoever the two finalists may be will face off for the belt at the Summerslam Pre-Show, thus crowning our very first champion! Thank you and have a great night! Dusty's theme begins to play again and he leaves the ring. The commentators begin to hype up the tournament. Not before long a theme begins to play for the first match of the night. Hunico with his blood brother Camacho arrive on stage to a lot of boo's they make their way down to the ring awaiting their opponent ... who turns out to be Richie Steamboat the son of the legendary Hall Of Famer Ricky 'The Dragon' Steamboat! Who also makes his way down to the ring. The bell rings and both high-flyers begin to circle each other. They lock up and Hunico gets the upper-hand. He turns the Lock-Up into a Side Headlock before flinging Steamboat over with a Snapmare before slamming his boot across his back. Richie arches his back in pain and gets dragged to his feet. Hunico then Irish Whips him to the ropes. Richie comes running back and takes Hunico down with a Double Forearm, Hunico rolls to his feet to be met with the same again. He rolls to his feet once more and Richie boots him in the gut followed by some punches driving the Mexican into the corner. Richie nails him with a knee shot and then backs away. He poses and then runs at Hunico hopping onto him going for a Monkey Flip, but Hunico pushes him off. Hunico goes for a punch, but Richie ducks under it and springs upward nailing Hunico with an Enzuigiri to the back of the head. Hunico drops to the mat and Richie goes for the 3-count. But it's to no avail. Hunico kicks out. They both roll to their feet and Hunico straight away delivers a stiff kick to Richie's thigh followed by a couple more and then a Dropkick sending Richie to the mat. He stomps on Richie a couple of times and then hits a Leg Drop! He then climbs out to the apron and clutches the top rope. He springboards himself in hitting a beautiful looking Tope Atomico. Hunico goes for the cover now 1...2 but Steamboat kicks out. Hunico shakes his head. Camacho can be seen at ringside cheering him on, but the fans boo. He pulls Richie too his feet and hits him with a couple of kicks and punches, but Richie manages to block one, he hits one of his own rocking Hunico. He hits another and another before suddenly sprinting to the ropes. He comes running back at full speed, but Hunico reverses his attack spins him around and hits him with a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker! The fans boo even more! Hunico is now smirking and makes his way to the turnbuckle. He stands on it and taunts before leaping off going for his signature Senton Bomb known as the Falling Star! But at the last split-second Richie rolls out the way leaving Hunico to crash into an empty ring canvas! Richie suddenly bursts to the top rope, he climbs flying off hitting his own style of his fathers signature Flying Crossbody! They crash to the mat and Richie rolls to his feet as does Hunico. Hunico groggily runs at him, but Richie takes him over with another one of his fathers unique moves, the Arm-Drag! Richie begins clapping getting the fans with him and pulls Hunico into a Standing Headscissors. He lifts Hunico up into a Gory position before dropping him with the Gory Neckbreaker! He covers Hunico 1...2...3 Richie Steamboat gets the victory! After that great match Byron Saxton begins to hype up another new NXT Superstar, Regal agree's with him on what he's saying and tells the fans sitting at home to watch. We cut a screen of a gym where a big 300 African American is working out lifting heavy weight and punching a big boxing-bag. The man in question begins to speak over the clip stating his name: Big E. Langston and what he's in NXT to do, which is reach the top by dominating the opposing talent. Another clip cuts to his matches in FCW, it shows him hitting a Powerslam, a Running Body Splash, some heavy punches and his TKO known as the Big Ending. It then shows him powerlifting weights whilst he explains his accomplishments in weight-lifting. Then an image appears of him on screen with a personalized logo and in big the words "UP NEXT!" NXT fades to a commercial break. After a 'Top Greatest RAW Moments' promo showing Mick Foley winning the WWE Championship we arrive back to NXT to hear ring announcer Chris Russo introducing NXT star Aiden English who is pacing the ring warming up. A theme begins to play and out on stage the massive Big E. Langston comes out on stage to a positive reaction. He poses on stage before climbing into the ring across from his opponent. The bell rings and both men begin to circle each other. Langston goes for the lock-up, but English actually using his smaller stature to his advantage ducks under and locks in a Waist Lock. He holds it for a couple of seconds before repeatedly slamming his forearm into Langston's upper back. Langston shakes his head and slams his elbow backwards catching English in the side of the head. English stumbles backwards and Langston pushes him into the corner and begins to work him over with several hard-hitting punches and boots. He backs off as the Referee begins the count, but storms at him again going for a Body Avalanche, but Aiden English side steps him leaving Langston crashing chest-first into an empty turnbuckle. English hits a standing Dropkick on Langston hitting him in the face sending him leaning against the turnbuckle. He punches Langston twice, but Langston blocks one and shoves him away. Instantly English takes the ropes at full speed, he comes back and goes for a Clothesline. Langston simply stands there taking no damage as English falls to the ground clutching his arm in pain. Langston comes rebounding off the ropes himself and hits a big Running Body Splash! English whinces in pain. Literally man-handling him off the floor Langston hauls him up to his feet and then flips him over hitting an Inverted Powerslam. Leaving English with no time to recover he for the second time hauls English up to his feet. He cockily poses as English is just stood the dazed. Members of the NXT audience cheers and laugh, but suddenly the fun-and-games stop as Langston hoists him into a Firemans Carry dropping him in the Big Ending Cutter. He covers him 1...2...3 Big E. Langston defeats Aiden English! As the celebration ends for Langston we come to another video clip. This time it shows a run-down old redneck town. It shows a shot of a broken-down car. An abandoned general store and finally a forest. A voice begins to speak out and we cut to a man standing in the forest wearing a white fedora hat and an Hawaiian shirt. The man known as Bray Wyatt rambles on about believing in him to other men sitting around him. He recites a line from a Danzig song and the camera comes back to the arena. We arrive back to the NXT arena to see The Uso's doing their Siva Tau the traditional Samoan war dance. They finished and their usual music begins to the play. The crowd love them as they climb into the ring. Suddenly the lights darken and both members of The Ascension appear on the stage amongst the spotlight. Conor O'Brian and Kenneth Cameron make their way slowly to the ring reminiscent of The Undertaker. They both step into the ring and pose before the lights turn back to normal. The referee checks both teams over and calls for the bell. It rings and Kenneth Cameron starts off with Jimmy Uso. They lock-up and Cameron turns it around into a Side Headlock followed into an Arm Wrench, good chain wrestling from Kenneth! He holds the Arm Wrench locked up pulling it down, but suddenly Jimmy reverses it into one of his own, he flips Kenneth down onto his back and lands on a Legdrop on the extended arm and shoulder. Jimmy stands and pulls Kenneth to his feet going for a Suplex, he lifts up him up and over, but Kenneth lands on is feet. Kenneth instantly runs to the ropes, he comes sprinting back, but gets taken down with a Double Forearm Strike. He stands again and Jimmy goes for another and manages to hit it. Jimmy goes for the third one, but Kenneth reverses it and hits a Neckbreaker taking Jimmy out! Kenneth drags the twin back to his corner and tags in O'Brian who instantly begins to stomp away on him driving his foot into Jimmy's chest. He pulls Jimmy up to his feet by his hair and hits a Single Leg Gutbuster before tagging Kenneth back in who hits a big boot to the side of Jimmy's head as he lays across Conor's knee. After some quick tags keeping the fight fresh O'Brian takes Jimmy into the middle of the ring and Irish Whips him into the corner. He follows up with a couple of punches and a Shoulder barge to Jimmy's mid-section he lifts him to be seated on the top, but Jimmy begins to fight out and Headbutts O'Brian a few times making him drop from the turnbuckle. Jimmy perched on the top looks around half-smiles in pain and motions for the Samoan Splash! He sets himself up, but Kenneth Cameron on the apron interrupts and knocks Jimmy off the turnbuckle making the fans boo. Suddenly from ringside Jey Uso comes sprinting around the corner, hopping onto the steel steps and leaping into the air taking Cameron down. The fans cheer. In the ring both O'Brian and Jimmy stand hurt. Conor goes for a Clothesline, but Jimmy catches it into a Full Nelson, lifts him and drops him on his ass! Both superstars are laid out in the middle of the ring. Jey manages to get back into his corner as does Kenneth who hazily climbs back onto the apron. Literally at the same time both Jimmy and O'Brian get the tag and their partners come blazing in. Kenneth straight away goes for a Clothesline, but Jey ducls under it. Kenneth turns to be nailed with Jey's signature Corkscrew Double Forearm Shot taking him down. Kenneth crawls to the corner to get away, big mistake! Jey comes bursting across the ring and hits his family's signature Samoan Hip Splash! Kenneth gets rocked and rolls further into the ring clutching his head in pain. Jey climbs the turnbuckle and without hesitation dives off going for the Samoan Splash, but Kenneth Cameron rolls inwards leaving Jey to crash into nothing! Jey rebounds to his feet and Kennetrh stands hitting his Swinging Sitout Jawbreaker. O'Brian hops into the ring to follow the Jawbreaker up with the Flapjack completing the Downcast! Jimmy climbs in to help him brother and goes for a Superkick on O'Brian, but Conor side steps it and grabs Jimmy by the hair making them both tumble out the ring. Kenneth is left to go for the cover which he does 1...2...3 The Ascension win! After the match we go backstage to see Interviewer Briley Pierce standing there wearing a suit and holding a microphone. Briley Pierce || Ladies & gentlemen my name is Briley Pierce and standing with me at this time, The Swiss Sensation Antonio Cesaro and of course his girlfriend Aksana. The camera pans right to see the couple standing there. Aksana draped across Cesaro's arm. Briley Pierce || Antonio, Aksana welcome back to NXT it's great to see you, but enough of the pleasantries I'll get right down to business. Next week will kick of the first round of the NXT Championship Gold Rush tournament and I'm pleased to announce that you will be apart of it. Do you have a strategy going into it? Or are you just seeing how things go? Antonio Cesaro || Niemand im NXT Umkleidraum hält eine Kerze zu meinem im Ringtalent dieses Turnier wird eine Brise sein < and if you don't know that means I'm disappointed in you. Classic American not learning to bother any other language other than their own. Which isn't even their own, but no it means that nobody in the NXT locker room even hold a candle to my talent in the ring so this tournament will be a breeze! And for your simple American mind Briley: you are now looking at the new and FIRST ever NXT Champion. Cesaro pushes Pierce away and he and Aksana begin kissing. Briley looks on awkwardly and we come back to the arena to see Alex Riley making his way down to the ring with a big smile on his face as the crowd cheer him. He climbs in the ring and waits for his opponent. Not before long another theme plays as the very sort after Kassius Ohno appears on stage. At the base of the ramp he points up to Riley in the ring and slams his elbow against the palm motioning to Riley that he's going to knock him out. Both men settle in the ring and the referee calls for the bell. Kassius begins to circle Riley taunting him. They carry on circling each other Kassius pretending to initiate a lock-up. Riley suddenly takes a step forward, but Kassius spins around 360 degree's and catches Riley in the side of the head with the Roaring Elbow. Riley collapses to the mat and Kassius covers him 1...2...3 what an easy win for Kassius. NXT goes to a commercial break as Kassius celebrates in the ring. We come back from said commercial break straight to the backstage area. Justin Gabriel exits the bathroom. He closes the door, turns round and bumps straight into The Sinister Scotsman, Drew McIntyre who stands there with an angry look on his face. Drew McIntyre || Watch were you're walking. Justin Gabriel || Perhaps if you wern't hanging outside of men's bathroom you wouldn't knock into anyone. Drew McIntyre || What're you insinuating 'Gabriel? Justin laughs, shakes his head and begins to walk off. McIntyre suddenly grabs him by the arm and forcefully drags him back. They stare at each other for a second, Justin yanks his arm free and they both square up to each other. Drew having a clear height advantage over him. Drew McIntyre || You watch who you're talking to! Do you know who I am? A former Intercontinental Champion. Hand chosen by Mr. McMahon himself and what did you have to do to get a contract huh? Tear the ring area up and make this show look like a two-bit bingo hall? Justin Gabriel || My past in this company isn't exactly the best , but I've since then redeemed myself, but if you want to exchange insults I suggest we go to the ring right now! Drew McIntyre || I haven't got time for the likes you Justin. Work your way up the ladder before you can even think about going around with me in that ring! Suddenly from out of camera shot Dusty Rhodes appears and the fans in the background go nuts. Dusty Rhodes || Thats where you're wrong Mr. McIntyre, tonights show doesn't the time for YOU. Next week however is different. So Justin you want a go at Drew here? Consider it done, NXT's main-event next week! And to make it interesting ... your match will also be included in the Gold Rush tournament! Drew McIntyre storms off angrily. The crowd cheer as NXT fades out to a commercial break. 5 minutes we arrive back to see Michael McGillicutty half-way to the ring accompanied by a wave of boo's from the crowd. He climbs into the ring and stands in the centre of it smirking. Not before long another theme begins to play and outcomes the Heavy Metal enthusiast Seth Rollins comes out on stage swinging his arms around 'Hardcore Dancing' a type of mosh-pit manoeuvre. He makes his way down to the ring high-fiving fans before climbing onto the apron. He begins to heavily head-bang alongside his theme. Michael McGillicutty gets fed up of this and grabs Seth by his trunks and yanks him off the apron making him crash onto the mat. The referee has no choice, but to call for the beginning bell as McGillicutty begins whaling on Rollins. Seth manages to block a punch and pushes Mike off. They both roll to their feet, but still waist know time and launch for each other. Still throwing punches, they drive themselves into the corner. McGillicutty gets the upper-hand, but the referee begins to count to 5 and at 4 Mike' is forced to back off, which he does. The referee tells him to calm it down, but this gives Rollins the split second to act and as McGillicutty steps a little forward he gets rocked with a Dropkick! Mike rolls to his feet and runs at Rollins again still a bit dazed, but gets thrown over with an Arm Drag. Rollins keeps the arm in a grip holding it in place. After a few moments of struggling McGillicutty manages to get to his feet , he uses his free arm and slaps Rollins across the face. Rollins stumbles backwards clutching the side of his face. He turns back to Mike and runs at him, but this time it is him who gets thrown over with an Arm-Drag. Mike now also keeps the arm in a grip, but getting tighter by the second. He places the knee across the side of Seth's head turning the Rest Hold into a Submission. After several long moments Michael realises that Seth is not going to tap so he pulls him up to his feet. He throws Rollins weak arm over his shoulder and throws him over-head with a Snap Suplex. Upon impact Rollins sits up in pain. McGillicutty uses this to advantage and comes running off the ropes hitting a Rolling Neck Snap. He goes for the cover 1...2 but Rollins kicks out! For the majority of the match McGillicutty has Rollins were he wants him. Hitting moves like a Belly-To-Belly Suplex and a stiff Drop-Toe-Hold and several near pinfalls. Rollins is groggy in the corner at this point and Mike runs at him, but at the last second Rollins sticks his boot up catching the 3rd generation star right in the jar. McGillicutty falls to the ground and rolls away slightly. Rollins now begins to climb the turnbuckle slowly. He backflips off going for a Corkscrew Moonsault, but he notices Mike rolls away mid-air and lands on his feet. Rollins looks confused, but gets sent across the ring with a Shotgun Dropkick. McGillicutty clutches to the ropes to pull himself back to his feet smirking maniacally. Rollins gets to his feet, but is bent down and McGillicutty runs at him, spins round going for the McGillicutter, but Rollins pushes him away mid-spin. Mike turns and gets rocked with a huge Enzuigiri. He stumbles around a bit and his eyes glaze over. He falls to one knee and Rollins comes running off the ropes jumping, plating his foot on the back of his head and drives it down to the mat hitting The Blackout, Curb Stomp! Rollins stands there for a second exhausted and then drops to his knees to go for the pin, but out from nowhere the Scotsman Drew McIntyre comes sliding into the ring. He boots Rollins in the side of the head. The referee calls for the bell determining Rollins as the winner by DQ. Drew smirking pulls Rollins into a Side Headlock. He hooks the arms and nails the Future Shock DDT! Drew stands, but down from the ramp Justin Gabriel comes running. He jumps into the ring and ducks under a Clothesline attempt from Drew hitting him with a Superkick! Gabriel springboards off the ropes hitting his signature Moonsault to finish it! But it's not finished! Antonio Cesaro now comes down to the ring. Gabriel turns to see him standing there and runs at him, but Cesaro hoists him high into the air actually catching him with a European Uppercut on his way down! Cesaro poses in the ring, but now Richie Steamboat makes his presence felt! He silently climbs the turnbuckle and Cesaro turns to be met with the famous Steamboat Crossbody! The fans cheer as Richie poses in the centre of the ring, but his faces changes as Bray Wyatt appears on the ramp and into the ring. Richie jumps at him punching, but Wyatt literally shoves him half way across the ring followed by a Body Avalanche in the corner and then his signature Spinning Reverse STO! Wyatt stays on the mat and scoots his torso under the bottom rope with his head dangling off the apron looking up the ramp for any opposition. And he's met with it. NXT's heaviest hitter Big E. Langston comes storming down to the ring. He climbs in and takes Wyatt down with a Clothesline, followed by a Bi Boot, but Wyatt rolls out the ring and heads back up the ramp to avoid the beating. Big E. Langston is standing tall in the ring, but turns to be met with Michael McGillicutty who had recovered perched on the top rope. He dives off hitting a beautiful Missile Dropkick on Langston followed by the McGillicutter. McGillicutter is the last one standing in the ring! Dusty Rhodes || Wait wait wait wait wait wait! All of you stop this! I've seen enough, it's clear to me now who should be in the Gold Rush tournament starting next week. The 8 of you! Good luck! WWE NXT fades out with a camera shot of the NXT Chamionship perched on it's podium still. (The NXT Championship is real BTW. It got introduced at last nights NXT tapings crowning the first champion, I wont spoil it, but search if you want to see what it looks like.) Link to comment
Creepia
It has been confirmed that Patrick Martin, better known in the Wrestling world as 'Alex Shelley' has signed a multi-year contract with the WWE. Mr. McMahon has been quoted saying that he believes Martin has the charisma and talent to be successful in the big leagues. Martin will perform under the name 'Alex Decker' on WWE's newest brand: NXT. It is unknown when Martin/Decker will make his debut on NXT TV, but it's said that it will be very soon. Martin/Decker even confirmed his contract signing via his new Twitter account (@DeckerWWE) by 'Tweeting' this: @DeckerWWE :- The big leagues guys! In the words of @JohnCena #MyTimeIsNow! @CMPunk :- A good old friend of mine welcome to the team @DeckerWWE @JRsBBQ :- An outstanding young athlete is @DeckerWWE keep your eye on him! @ChrisSabinTNA :- Going to miss him! Scorpion™
Nice opening segment you seemed to get Dusty's character down very well. I read it in his voice and it sounded right I would have rather had Hunico win, but this is more about the NXT guys and picking up a win for Richie over a WWE Superstar is important. I don't know this Big E. Langston guy but he seems like a big Michael Tarver haha. Throwing in the Raw Flashback Moment is a subtle but realistic little entry into the show. Langston guy picks up the win, with a TKO. Nice. Bray Wyatt sighting is good, I love the character he's injured irl and I'm so sad. Google translate maybe? Haha, Cool to see Cesaro though, he will be gufe in a few years hopefully. Kassius is my second favorite NXT guy. As soon as I saw Riley, I knew we were getting a squash I have a feeling McIntyre may win the title haha, I hope. I like him actually even after got lost in the shuffle. Holy shit, nice main event man. And a great ending to the show. Keep up the good work. Can't wait for the next show man Link to comment
Creepia
Holy cow, great feedback! Thanks bro. And I'll agree, it sucks that Wyatt's injured IRL. He's my absolute favourite right now! Also yes, that was Google Translate, I don't speak German. I'm sure if any one does they'll see that it's probably a bit or a lot wrong! Link to comment
Creepia
It seems Triple H has been hiring more talent recently as it has been confirmed via Twitter than ex-TNA star Shawn Hernandez, better known in the wrestling world as simply 'Hernandez' has been signed. The self-proclaimed 'Super Mex's' contract came to an end in late June. Since then Hernandez had been working back down in Mexico, where he even spent the majority of his time whilst contracted to TNA. It has been noted that Mr. McMahon was not keen on this signing at first, but after some creative pitches by his Son-In-Law, HHH he has been persuaded. It is unknown whether the WWE are interested in more former TNA talent, but Triple H has been quoted saying "We have our eye on a few guys", but this could mean from anywhere. Much like the previous signing of Patrick Martin/Alex Shelley (now in the WWE as Alex Decker) Hernandez has created a new Twitter account (@HernandezWWE) and this was his first 'Tweet'. @HernandezWWE :- Super Mex was always bout makin it big! dont get much bigger then dis! 'Super Mex' will compete on NXT under his real name: Shawn Hernandez. This isn't the only news involving WWE NXT today. NXT star Jason Jordan is another star who has been sent back down to FCW to work more on his ring-skills. Many WWE Officials believe he is too 'green'. He is no longer seen on the NXT roster. Link to comment
Crow™
Not really a huge fan of Hernandez, but he seems like the type of guy WWE would sign. The addition of Shelley is what grabbed my attention. I'm looking forward to seeing where you take this and hoping to get a healthy dose of Bray Wyatt on the next show! Link to comment
Creepia
"Welcome Home" by Coheed & Cambria begins to play throughout, alongside that we get the usual NXT intro followed by a pan across the Full Sail Arena showing all the buzzing fans! We go to three commentators: Byron Saxton, William Regal and the WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross who introduce themselves and begin to hype up the show. They then go onto discuss the previous weeks show, showing a replay of ending. In the replay we see clips of the Main-Event match between Seth Rollins and Michael McGillicutty. It shows Drew McIntyre interrupting and hitting the Future Shock DDT. It then shows clips of all the NXT Superstars coming down and hitting their finishers. Then the commentators discuss that it was then the NXT General Manager decided they would be the guys taking part in the Gold Rush Tournament for the recently revealed NXT Championship. A graphic then appears on screen showing the first round bracket. They go into detail about the seperate matches taking place tonight and then we move onto the first of them all. Seth Rollins vs. Antonio Cesaro. Cesaro's music begins to play. He and his lover Aksana appear on stage to many boo's from the fans. They make their way to the ring, pose and then wait for Cesaro's opponent Seth Rollins who appears not long after head-banging his way to the ring! The referee checks them both down and calls for the bell. It rings and they begin to circle each other. As Cesaro stands Rollins leaps into the air going for an Enzuigiri, but Cesaro holds up both his Forearms blocking the kick. Rollins crashes to the mat not hitting the move. Rollins covers Cesaro 1...2...3 Following the match celebration we go backstage to see Briley Pierce standing there with a microphone in his hand. Briley Pierce || Ladies and gentlemen my names Briley Pierce and standing with me at this time, NXT Championship hopeful: Richie Steamboat! Richie thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to talk to us. The camera pans right to see Richie standing there. He nods, smiling and Briley carries on. Briley Pierce || As of last week it was announced that you're one of the 8 included in the NXT Championship Gold Rush Tournament. Your match is up next even against a very tough and un-predictable opponent in Bray Wyatt ... how are you preparing? Richie Steamboat || Un-predictable's right. I've known Wyatt for a while now and he's always surprised me and that is not always a good thing with him. He's pretty sadistic if you ask me So preparation is hard, but Wrestling is in my blood ya'know I've been around it since I was born through my father and he has me on a strict training and work-out scheme. With his help I'm confident in myself that I can go onto the semi-finals of the tournament! Briley Pierce || Well as always Richie it's been a pleasure talking to you. Go get ready as your match is after this commercial break! We arrive back to NXT after the short commercial break to see Richie Steamboat heading down to the ring high-fiving fans in the front row. He springboards into the ring and waits his opponent. Bray Wyatt's music hits the arena and straight away everyone starts to boo. He stops at the top of the ramp and looks at Richie in the ring, he tilts his head and begins manically laughing. Not before long both men are in the ring and the bell is rung. Wyatt stands in the centre of the ring with Richie holding up his fists and is ready for anything. Richie goes for a lock-up, but Wyatt side steps it, slamming his knee into Richie's mid-section followed by a stiff Punch. Richie gets rocked and flee's to the corner. Wyatt follows him and goes for a Body Avalanche, but Richie moves out the way and runs to the ropes. He goes for a Running Cross Body, but Wyatt catches him and begins to sway him back and hope smirking wildly before dropping him with a Scoop Slam. Richie rolls to the ropes to recover unsure on how to get an offence on this lunatic. He stands and shakes his head warming up again. He moves in closer. This time Wyatt is the one who wants to lock-up. They tussle and Wyatt uses his strength advantage and drives Steamboat into the corner all over him with some Punches and choking. The referee counts and as he gets to 4 Wyatt backs off. He gets half-way across the ring and runs at Richie again in the corner, but Richie catches him in the chin with his boot. He hoists to the second turnbuckle and hits a Missile Dropkick. Wyatt stumbles backwards, turns and falls on his front. He rolls throughout and jumps to his feet clutching his chest and face, but still somehow smiling. The smile suddenly drops and he goes to Clothesline Richie, but Richie ducks under it and follows up with another Dropkick. Wyatt doesn't fall though. Richie goes to sweep his legs, but Wyatt actually jumps over it, Richie spins back up to his feet and turns to see Wyatt smiling. Wyatt levels him with a Punch before literally shoving him half way across the ring into the turnbuckle. Wyatt manages to hit a big Body Avalanche this time and pulls Richie back into the centre of the ring actually Ballroom Dancing with him! He stops dancing and then hits the Swinging Reverse STO! He lays across Richie for the pin 1...2...3 Bray Wyatt advances to the semi-finals! After the match we cut to backstage to see Hunico and Camacho standing in the hall-way talking. Hunico || No no no listen Essay I know this guy he's a hombre of mine man you'll have no problemo with him. Camacho || You better not be messing with me dawg, you know I trust you and everything, but this hombre's done some bad things you know essay. Hunico || Trust me on this one alright? Suddenly Hunico's phone rings and he picks up. He begins to speak Spanish and walks away from camera. We come to the ring area to here some music. Big E. Langston is making his way to the ring. As he does so we get a replay of last weeks show, showing Langston dominating his opponent Aiden English hitting several power moves. He waits in the ring and not long after McGillicutty's music hits, He appears on the stage with an angry expression on his face. He springboards into the ring and shows no intimidation or fear with Langston. The bell rings an the two are off! They lock-up and instantly Langston gets the advantage, he shoves McGillicutty down. Michael rolls back to his feet not phased by it and they lock-up again. Langston does the same and takes the 3 generation star off of his feet for the second time. Mike retreats a bit and stands looking at Langston intently. He cracks his neck, stretches his arm and they lock-up again, this time McGillicutty gets the upper-hand and ducks underneath locking in the Waist Lock. He holds it for a bit and then senses that Langston will swing backward, which he does, but McGillicutty moves out the way and then nails the Standing Dropkick. Langston holds his jaw in pain and McGillicutty jumps at him nailing him with several punches and kicks trying to wear the Beast Langston down. Langston shrugs out of the on-slaught and throws Mike off of him. Langston runs at him, but gets taken down on his front via a Drop-Toe-Hold. McGillicutty latches on the Front Headlock to try and wear the big man down even more. Moments pass and Langston finally manages to find his footing, still with McGillicutty locking his head he stands and then lifts Mike in the air turning it around and dropping him with a Gourdbuster! McGillicutty after taking the slam instantly rolls under the bottom rope and to ringside to take a breather. He begins to shake his head and shout "NO WAY!", but catches a glimpse of the NXT Championship still sitting on it's podium at ringside. He climbs back into the ring. He looks on at Langston who is still focussed. They get closer to each other and McGillicutty slaps him straight across his face. Langston's face suddenly turns red with anger and hoists McGillicutty up dropping him with an Atomic Drop followed by a run to the ropes and then a Big Boot. He could have gone for the cover then, but instead he pulls McGillicutty back to his feet and begins to hit him with some heavy strikes driving him into the corner. He hits some Shoulder strikes to Mikes mid-section and launches him back across the ring with a massive Hip Toss. Once again McGillicutty rolls out to the apron. He sits there looking dazed and unsure on what to do. Langston leans over the ropes and grabs McGillicutty by his head. He lifts him, but Mike turns it around and drops from the apron hitting a Hot Shot, guillotining Langston. Following this he quickly and expertly climbs the the turnbuckle. He jumps off and hits a Missile Dropkick on Langston sending him down to his feet. Langston sits and McGillicutty comes rebounding off the rope hitting a signature Rolling Neck Snap! The fans begin to boo as McGillicutty begins stalking the big man. As Langston stands Michael comes sprinting from the corner of the ring and hits the McGillicutter. He follows up with the pin 1...2...3 Michael McGillicutty advances to the next round! After the very short celebration from Michael McGillicutty we go backstage yet again to see Richie Steamboat walking backstage still looking hurt from his match and upset over his loss. He turns a corner and bumps into both Kassius Ohno and Damien Sandow who were conversing. They both turn and block Richie from walking through them. Damien Sandow || We saw your ludacris display out in that ring earlier you cretin. Kassius Ohno || Have to say Rich' you're losing your touch. Kassius and Damien share a smirk. Richie shakes his head and just barges through them. They turn and grabs him by the shoulder and pin him against the wall. Damien Sandow || Nothing to say. I hate ignoramuses like you. Richie Steamboat || I have plenty to say, but not to either of you. Atleast I was involved in this tournament. Both Sandow & Ohno look angry now Kassius raises his elbow motioning for a knock out. Kassius Ohno || Give us one good reason as to why I shouldn't knock you out right now. Kassius pretends to hit him with his elbow. Both he and Sandow laugh before walking off. Richie Steamboat || How about a match then? Both men stop and turn looking confused. Kassius Ohno || Little Richie Steamboat, always got something to prove. Are you brave or just an idiot? Damien Sandow || I'll tell you what Richie. If you can find a partner for next week you can have your precious match. Come Kassius I do not wish to beg his indulgence any longer. We come back to ringside to see Justin Gabriel's music playing throughout the arena. He appears on the stage to a wave of cheers and poses before making his way to the ring, but suddenly from behind he gets slammed in the back of the head. Drew McIntyre is stood over him and is repeatedly stomping at him. The bell hasn't even rung yet! Drew pulls Gabriel to his feet and throws him back-first into the ring post. The crowd boo. He then rolls Gabriel into the ring and the ref' calls for the bell. Drew has Justin down already and he nailing him with pre-emptive stomps. Carefully placed on different parts of his body. He grabs Justin by the hair and raises him, only to insult him before planting his boot on Justin's chest and driving it down to the mat. Drew is focussed on hurting Gabriel instead of winning the match so rather than going for the pin he pulls Justin up and drives him into the corner slamming his head on the turnbuckle a few times before hitting several Short-Arm Corner Clotheslines. McInyre pulls Gabriel further into the ring and then drops him face first with a Complete Shot. He then goes for the cover 1...2.. but Gabriel throws his left shoulder up, crowd cheering as he does so. McIntyre looks puzzled and angry as to how he done it, but wastes little time. He pulls Gabriel to his feet and sends the South African Werewolf running to the ropes. Instead of rebounding back Gabriel clings onto the ropes. Drew runs at him, but Justin reverses by planting his boot on McIntyre's chest and uses it as a launch pad to Backflip over the top rope and landing on the apron. Justin hits him with a Forearm Strike and then Springboards into the ring hitting McIntyre with a Savate Kick. Drew doesn't fall though, instead he stumbles around clutching his face. He turns to be met with a Spinning Heel Kick to the face. This time he falls and rolls under the bottom rope to ringside to take a breather. Gabriel doesn't like this and comes sprinting hard off the ropes, he dives through the middle rope and nails a big Suicide Dive! Both men are laid out at ringside as NXT goes to a commercial. We come back and both men are slugging it out in the centre of the ring hitting punch after the punch. Drew being the stronger man throws the harder punch followed by another and then another and then Irish Whips Justin into the ropes. Justin comes back and reverses a Clothesline by hopping up swining around and going for a Crucifix, but McIntyre reverses the reversal and holds Justin in a Firemans Carry, throwing him over his shoulder and hitting him with a Single Knee Gutbuster! McIntyre stays with the upper-hand for a while hitting some strikes and Rest Holds. He pulls Justin down into a Side Headlock and hooks the arm, he goes for the Future Shock DDT, but Gabriel spins out and hits an STO. He then climbs the turnbuckle and pauses for a second. He leaps through the air and nails the beautiful 450 Splash! He stays on the Sinister Scotman for the cover 1...2...3 Justin Gabriel is the last to advance to the NXT Championship Gold Rush Tournament Semi-Finals! The commentators begin to re-cap the show and we fade out with Justin Gabriel celebrating it in the ring! Link to comment

Creepia
Dave Melzter at TheWrestlingObserver.com is reporting 4 more NXT roster additions. All 4 of these men are FCW Superstars being brought up to NXT to make a name for themselves: Jake Carter, Alexander Rusev and as a tag-team: Judas Devlin & TAC. Name || Jake Carter Hometown || Scottsdale, Arizona Height || 6 ft 2 Weight || 248lbs Finishing Move || Pumphandle Slam It's time, it's time, it's Carter time! Although not the mastodon his father (former WCW Champion Big Van Vader) was, Carter shows the same athletic, aggressive nature. After travelling around the world with Vader, Jake decided it was time that he flew solo and decided to take his skill-set back to the USA, to the WWE to show that, just like his father. He too can be a champion! Starting with the NXT gold. Name || Alexander Rusev Hometown || Bulgaria Height || 6 ft. Weight || 305lbs Finishing Move || BulPlex (Jackhammer) Hailing from the European country of Bulgaria, Alex' Rusev looks to take the WWE by absolute force! Weighing in at an impressive 300 pounds (of muscle) their aren't many men in the WWE that could stand in his way. Adopting the famous BulPlex from friend and former World Heavyweight Champion Goldberg (under the name Jackhammer) Rusev will run straight through the competition on NXT! Judas Devlin(Top) & TAC(Bottom) Tag-Team Name || The Last Church Individual Heights || 6 ft 1 (Judas) 6 ft 6 (TAC) Combined Weight || 528 lbs Tag-Team Finishing Move || Powerslam/Neckbreaker Combo Individual Finishing Moves || Disciple Drop (Fallaway Facebuster - Judas Devlin) Ink Slinger (Michinoku Driver - TAC) Two very different men united by their love for Body Art and beating people up. To their opponents Judas Devlin and his tag-team partner TAC are two of the most intimidating men on the planet. Their psychotic attitude builds on that making them completely loose cannons. They are a strong believers that those who forcefully take what they want, success in many things. They both have ther NXT and WWE lockeroom on edge! Link to comment
