The night now covers the skyline in Detroit and the matchcard for Monday's Adrenaline event, the last show between now and Testament, is already revealed for the members of the MCW roster. As what it looks to be a tendency in the creating matches for the recent MCW events, two members of The Empire will be a part of the broadcast as Tyson Andrews gets to fight 3 other men in a fatal 4 way that could place the winner in a good place before heading to Testament and (possibly) face the tag team champions and Ian Roberts returns to action after a week off as he takes on Lex Lundlow in a non title match. Monday's event could be vital for their chances of victory heading into Testament since it can give them that extra burst of momentum that can help them get the wins they need next Sunday by having good, strong performances on Monday night as a sign that they'll be ready for whatever is thrown at them at the big night. With statements to make and pressure kicking in at any given moment, The Empire has to focus on looking strong, on winning decisively and have the right mindset before September 16 comes by if they want to have a solid chance at being victorious after Testament and leaving the event with gold with them, either retaining it or recapture it.

Tyler Morgan was driving to a Mexican Restraunt where he was going to have this blind date with a girl he's never seen before. The restraint was called Puerta Viarta, a nice place indeed, anyways Tyler Morgan arrived as his phone rang. He answered it and who was it, it was his dad.

 

"Hey Ty?"

 

"Ya Dad?"

 

"Promise me you'll give this girl a try, I really feel she's the one."

 

"Dad, I'm doing this for you. Not for me and definitely not for her. If something goes wrong I'm sorry. Maybe Jacob can be the one to give you grandchildren. But me I'm the one who will bring honor of being a World Champion. I gotta go."

 

Tyler Morgan hung up his phone as he walked up to the window and peered through. He saw a girl with blonde hair and a big Ol purse around he shoulder, she had those pirate looking earings, the loop ones. And she was texting on her phone while occasionally looking around. Tyler Morgan watched for a while, he didn't like this at all, he's not the relationship man he used to be, but he promised his dad hed give it a try. Tyler walked into the restraint and as soon as the two made eye contact the girl got up and squealed.

 

"Hey you! You must be Tyler! I'm Kaylee. Hehe."

 

Tyler nodded his head as he sat down at the table and looked around. Kaylee smiled as she reissued her thumbs.

"Let me get this straight. You got pick because the people liked you. Even though you didnt have the skill...... Just like of someone put someone in a position let's say for a championship that they didn't belong in but because the crowd liked them?"

Kaylee was shocked at what Tyler had done she got up and walked quickly out the door. Tyler stood there as a man asked him to leave. He walked out and got in his car he was angry and annoyed."

So that is what happened earlier tonight as Tyler Morgan arrives at his house he gets a text from his dad.

Tyler shook his head and turned off his cell phone. He was done foe today as he turned off his light and went to bed in his own house that he hasn't slept in since the beginning of the summer.

It's past midnight at the MCW venue and some staff members are beginning to leave the facility but the Atlantic champion has decided to stick around for a little while and do some research for his match on Monday before calling it a day. His assigned opponent is Lex Lundlow, someone that the results of his quick research say has tried to call Dusty Rhodes out on the past few weeks after having an underwhelming first run with the company, trying to build some hype for himself to possibly overshadow any traces of a failed attempt at success on his first try. Lex might not be facing The American Dream on Monday night but he'll be facing an Englishman focused on making a strong impact on his last chance of showcasing his skills before Testament comes by and survival mode kicks in once he steps in the ring against a man that has won every single title he had laid eyes on except for one. His opponent might not be on the same level he is as champion but Ian Roberts has to send a perfectly clear message to his challenger only using his ring work: what lies ahead won't be easy and the reigning champion is willing to do whatever it takes to keep the Atlantic championship with him once Testament is done for, getting some sort of professional revenge on MCW's supernova and starting to build a reputation of being one of the strongest champions in the roster.

Lots and lots of bullshit... Lise Starr will be taking on Lara Parks on Monday night. Lise Starr plans on defeating her as well, obviously. Last Thursday night was sweet and Monday night will be sweet too. Tomorrow morning she's gonna hit the gym and train to prepare for the match. For now she's sleeping in bed with the new number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, Cody Rhodes. The couple slept during these early morning hours in Detroit.

So looks like Daniel won't be wrestling before Testament now. Monday on Adrenaline - tomorrow - he will instead be referee'ing the Main Event, pitting Gabriel Gospel against Cody Rhodes. This works both ways. Daniel has full authority to injure or harm Cody just six days before their World Title Match, and that would certainly prove advantageous in the match for Daniel. But, if he does that, Gabriel has a chance of winning; and beating the #1 contender can put him into the match on Sunday as well, thus making it a Triple Threat. That's something Daniel would most definitely want to avoid; because if that happens, it will be more of a Handicap Match, as Cody and Gabriel demonstrated last Thursday. Or, Daniel can make sure that Cody beats Gabriel. That way, the chances of a Triple Threat would be slim to none, but, in a way, Daniel would be helping his own challenger in picking up some much-needed momentum. Win-win and lose-lose at the same time. What will Daniel do? Find out on Adrenaline!

Glancing around the room briefly, Pope would then head straight to the free-weights, completely focussed. In and out. That's how the gym should be. Not a socialising occasion as it is for many. No sleeping in this Sunday morning but a workout instead. Lise got out of bed, brushed her teeth and dressed into some attire suitable for the gym: pink tracksuit pants and a black tank top. She left the locker room and made her way to the arena's gym where she began some small cardio workouts. In at least ten or fifteen minutes she'd be getting into the ring.
