This looks good. But It looks textured...

No, it's not textured at all.

Anyway, the back tattoo needs to be a little larger, the trunks need a lot of work and I don't think he has worn those trunks recently. His face doesn't look a whole lot like him either. The cheeks make him look like a old man. Maybe only use the texture from his eyes up. The mouth needs a lot of work.

Try using this morph(from slipfan's caw in 2011):

Head 15,5,0

Cranium 60,-60,-5,-5

Eyebrows Leave it how you have it

Eyes 10,-15,5,25,15,-45,-10

Nose 10,-65,-15,-15,-50,-15,30,20

Cheeks -20,50,60,-100

Mouth It's up to you but, his lips are long and thin

Jaw 50,15,10,-20,50,60

Ears 5,-100,-15,65

The texture doesn't seem to line up anywhere and the morph looks lackluster.

In all honesty, I'm not really seeing any Anderson here. The eyes are much too small, the nose looks too thin and long and the face skin you're using behind it is causing some unsightly texturing in the background.

This is an example that Zurick was talking about how the majority of people don't know how to properly texture. You shouldn't use a full texture. This looks extremely pixelated and just painted on making it all look flat. If you can, cut brows, facial hair, that sort of thing. The sort of things that can not be easily replicated using the stock CAW mode without using an excessive amount of layers/or replicated at all because of limitations inside the tool.
