The Last of Us Series

The Last of Us was finally premiered at the 2011 VGA's. I don't know if that trailer was in game or not, But it looked amazing. Will post official information when it becomes available.

The Last of Us is a genre-defining experience that blends survival and action elements to tell a character driven story about a population decimated by a modern plague. Abandoned cities are being reclaimed by nature and the remaining survivors are killing each other for food, weapons and whatever they can get their hands on. Joel, a ruthless survivor, and Ellie, a brave teenage girl who is wise beyond her years, must work together to survive their journey across what remains of the United States.

I believe it was Ellen Page, the voice actress sounded just like her. And I agree Stenis, Once I seen the Naughty Dog logo, I knew we were going to see a great *censored*ing game!

So essentially, the difference between actual game and trailer isn't going to be a huge difference.

I got an Enslaved kind of vibe after watching that trailer. Well, Enslaved minus the robots. I'll wait for gameplay to come out, to see whether I'll play this or not. But once again, it looks like Naughty Dog will deliver another potential winner

The Last of Us is my most anticipated coming off the VGA's, other than that, This years VGA's was kind of disappointing.

Basically, this is what Dead Island should have been-- minus the zombies and open world environment/island, and then some (this is Naughty Dog after all). Hmm...

The fact that it is being made by Naughty Dog will probably make me get it alone but the trailer looks really promising. I am looking forward to hearing and seeing more on this game.
