Add a few points onto nose width and subsequently, reduce nostril width a tad with it as well. I'd also consider reducing eye width a few notches. Move the mouth up a couple of notches too, it'll start to give him a bit of a smug look which would work. I'd also consider adding some more colour to the lips, they're a bit pale. I'm really liking the direction it's going though! One last thing, it's quite minuscule but add some specular, like up to -15. I think it'd benefit from it. Final thing, promise! The last thing I did was take the beard off, and I'm yet to do any of the mouth detail, or any of the detail where the beard was basically.
