sinner62938 Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 I'm not complaining... well, kinda I am, but hopefully it dosent come off as harsh, but I don't see how they can help us unless we help them help us by honestly telling them what is going on... So here's my current update: 11/24 @6:40pm CST, Playstation3 Nothing seems to have changed on my end compared to the problems encountered last night... the only change I see is the Newsfeed (and that's when it actually let's me that far in to see it) says a 11/24 update: "...we recently deployed new updates that should deal with most of the issues...." except every issue I experienced last night is still occuring... it takes several tries to make it far enough to get to the menu with the Newsfeed, and then trying to get into CC from there takes several more tries, just to get to the "Download, Upload, EULA" screen... which takes a few tries to get past that too just to get to the first default "what's hot" page... I click on anything, and try to "VIEW" that item, it takes me to a download bar, which does usually fill all the way up and tells me I've successfully downloaded that item to view, and past that it goes through a few loading screens, finally showing the item's view page, but always also showing "server not available" at the same time, which kicks me back to the Online menu with the newsfeed again... Another thing I noticed as well... last night, possibly while some of your team were working on the servers, when I did happen to actually make it into CC, everythings download option button was greyed out, and everythings upload date was all wacky, listing it as being upload, for example, on "5/14/-5234990" or some other really weird negative date... those issues seem to be back to normal now, download option is clickable, and the upload dates seem to be current... but most everything else seems to still be like it was last night, for me on this end anyway... I have tried leaving the online section completely and going back in, several times, with no difference... I have also tried completely rebooting the system and starting over again from there, also to no avail... I was able to download a few things, however the servers keep going on and off. They are just as bad as the 2011 servers are at this moment just without the freezing issue. Hopefully within the next few days we can all search the servers without getting kicked out and having the same old message show up. Sad to hear the other thread got closed because people are idiots. slickrickstyles Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 can connect after multiple tries...not a chance in hell though to get on CC for anything downloaded...ridiculous...ive been a staunch supporter here but in all honesty come on...Marcus likes to bring up other games that have had hiccups but none happen so frequently or as telegraphed as this series...We are honestly the idiots in the end and thats exactly their consumer idea...and dont give me the Lex Lugar love it and leave it mentality...Ill be here waiting just like everyone else because I love this business and paid my 65 dollars plus 12 for Axxess...Its just completely retarded to have this many issues every single release...The releases on the last 3 games should have paid for those servers if it was any importance at all Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But after exiting away from that caw, shot me a server not available msg and sent me back to Online main menu... Farthest I've gotten yesterday or today! If I'm misreading that, I apologize. No excuses, guys. I brought up "other games" within the context of what was being said to me. This obviously doesn't apply to that. Anyway, I'm again sorry that you're experiencing this. The good news is that things are improving, albeit in small doses. I know this isn't good enough for you guys, and it shouldn't. When I ask you to keep the feedback coming, please don't take it as you guys having to beta test something. MrB Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 The server is doing a lot better than it was yesterday. I no longer freeze when downloading things. And it crashes a lot less frequently. I havent tried to use a caw in a match yet so that still might be a bug that needs working on. Owen Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 One workaround I found was to hit X to search as soon as you get into the CC instead of letting the top 50 load. I have at least been able to look at a few guys and actually download stuff that way. Still this is pretty ridiculous to release a game with a major component so broken before a long holiday weekend as you know they are not really working till Monday on any fixes.
