I don't know how to unlock E&C's second intro, the one seen in Christian's RTWM when he fights Jericho. The two come to the ring via the crowd and are wearing hats. I've read in some places that you unlock it by cashing in the MITB in weeks 10-12 on Edge, but have tried that and gotten nothing. Any advice?
