ROH World Champion Dalton Castle was unable to perform at last night's War of the Worlds: Lowell event due to injury.

Castle revealed to the fans that he's dealing with several nagging injuries, including back problems. His doctors reportedly told him basically that "his back is garbage" and that he's going to need to take time off to recover, otherwise his injuries will continue to get worse over time.

Castle made it clear that he does not wish to relinquish the ROH World Title. He wants to take the time off that he needs to recover, and then come back better than ever.

New details have been learned about Jay Lethals injury at War of the Worlds: Toronto that kept him off Saturday nights show. Lethal, who was removed from last nights show in Royal Oak, Michigan, reportedly suffered the injury at Toronto when he took a sunset flip powerbomb to the floor per Wrestling Observer and had memory issues after the match.

The site notes that Lethal was doing much better on Saturday, but ROH still made the call to keep him off Saturdays show due to concern that he may have suffered a mild concussion. SANADA replaced Lethal in the Four Corner Survival Match, which was won by Marty Scurll.
