Online is needed to play online but its for free when you purchase the game. Fan gives you every DLC for free and you dont have to buy Points again and again. Mr. Fn Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 As long as you buy the game new, you'll get online axxess period. It's only paid for, if you buy the game used. Fan Axxess, makes you do a one time payment for all DLC (including future DLC) making all of it technically free. As opposed to paying a ton of points for everything. With Axxess, you can "buy" it all and then pick and choose what you want to download, at no cost to you. It's definitely, worth the investment. I regret not buying it for 2011 because every game I try to join says that I dont have the same dlc, and if u dont buy fan axcess, all the dlc will cost u alot more than its worth imo. Crowangel Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 Fan Axess is the only one you will have to pay out for if you buy the game new.. you will recieve a redemption code to activate the online axxess in your game case if its brand new and then its just a case of buying and activating your fan axxess that will then allow you to download free of change any DLC that comes out after.. even if its in the last half of next year before the next game comes out ( i know thats not gonna happen but as an example) there is no expire time limit until the next game when u have to do it again like we are this year.. every dlc free after 1 payment.. bargain!!
