RVD 4:20
Great achievement by Dickey, and with a team under .500. He should win the Cy Young Award.

Lunchbox
Anyone see Michael Morse's phantom grand slam? It was probably the best thing i have ever seen in the MLB.
maskedmaniac
I'm surprised at how low home run hitting is this year. I think the MLB leader for homeruns this year has like barely 30 home runs. I can't remember the last year that the top HR hitter had less than 45 homers. I thought he was gonna finish with 60 HRs at that point. Lot of guys started out hot before something happened. Remember Matt Kemp and his 12 HRs in April before he got hurt? I obly started watching baseball like 3 years ago. But he has been killing it. If Cabrera wins the Triple Crown, it's gonna be hard for people not to vote for him. Since that feat is put on such a pedestal, and rightfully so.
»highlight
Dickey has been pitching with an abdominal tear since April and we're just hearing about it now. I think that helps his Cy Young bid..
Lunchbox
So the A's clinched a playoff spot and the entire team celebrated including Brandon McCarthy. Don't worry though, the players hooked him up with a sweet helmet/drool cup combo:
