How can get the phone numbers of girls in your Muay Thai class?

There are heaps of sexy, single girls who come to my Muay Thai classes but it is too hard to ask them out on a date or at least get phone numbers.

 

When there's so many other adrenaline-fueled guys there who want them too, it's hard to make casual conversation without looking like you're hitting on them.

 

Any ideas how to pick up girls from your martial arts classes? Or does the fact that I even have to ask mean I have no chance?
