How do you put a skull on the belt buckles for caws?

S.v.R 09 Box 360 I made a DC comics Lobo caw and I am trying to put a design skull on top of the weird space ship looking belt buckle but I don't remember how to do it also I am trying to put the wwe triple h cross design on top of the dog tag necklace I did these things on the S.v.R 09 PS game but I cannot remember how I did it and I no longer have the game.
