How do I unlock MVP, Ted Dibiase, and Cody Rhodes Civilian Attires?

I beat the entire Cena RTWM. I won in weeks 5 and 7 against Truth and Consequences. No MVP attire. I won the week 11 Tag Match with Santino. No Burger King attires. Don't answer my question with a f*ckin' oyster either.
