Thx for the tips fellas and thx for that reference @ Cena19. I've made changes to the nose and reduced the cheek size quite a bit as well as reduced the eye width& depth. I've decided to keep the skin tone as is because I feel it compliments best and the others give off a wrinkle around the lip area that i dislike quite a bit.
