Sometime I Want to know when my friend or someone last signed in, cuz sometime I'm concerned, so please make this...

Look on their profile. Or click the little box next to thier name.

oh, still I think they should put it on the post instead of going to the users channel

I Think it's fine the way it is, you can already see if a person is Online or not by looking at the little icon next to their name on the post

That's all that people will usually want to know, then if they want to see the last time they were active it's right there in the profile for them to do so. Most members won't really care to know it.
